This spacious and bright house welcomes you in an ideal setting for a stay with family or friends. As soon as you enter, a warm hall leads you to a large living/dining room equipped with two sofas and a large convivial table.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle) to cook like at home.

The house has 5 comfortable bedrooms (4 beds 160x200 and 2 beds 90x190), as well as 2 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy a furnished terrace, a private garden and garden furniture to relax or share your meals.

You will also find a washing machine, dryer, changing table, iron and ironing board for optimal comfort.

Ideally located, the house is in the immediate vicinity of many famous restaurants and the main tourist sites of Cognac: cognac houses, museums, walks along the canal... A perfect place to meet, explore and enjoy.

Traveller access:

You will have access to the entire house, except for one room upstairs, near the powder room. This room, intended for storage, is locked and not accessible during your stay.

All other spaces, both indoor and outdoor – bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathrooms, terrace and garden – are fully reserved for you to enjoy your stay to the fullest.
