Relax and unwind in the beautiful and majestic town of Twin Lakes! 25 minutes to Historic Leadville, and 25 minutes to Buena Vista makes adventure eating and entertaining a breeze. Easy access to all kinds of outdoor activities - you name it- This area has it all! After you are done with your adventure- unwind in our hot tub, and enjoy the views of Twin Lakes, and the surrounding Fourteeners (including Mt. Elbert).
Access is via private hoa road that is plowed in the winter- 4-wheel drive is recommended October through April. There is plenty of parking for 4+ vehicles. Access to the home is done via coded entry which is provided day of check in if you have paid in full and provided a photo identification.
Small mountain community nestled between some of Colorado's highest peaks.
4x4 vehicle recommended from September through May- the road leading to the property is fairly steep, and is gravel, in the fall, winter and spring there may be snow/ice. The road to the property is a maintained community gravel road. The driveway will be plowed upon 4" of snow or more.
Licensed through Lake County STR License # 2025-006
