This unit is in the heart of Daytona Beach, FL on the 3rd floor of the Sea Dip Resort. Bring your family for a week of fun!! This one queen-sized bed, air mattress, and futon will definitely be a vacation you won't forget. Walking distance to the beach, pier, Bandshell, Ocean Center, and other numerous restaurants and bars. It's a 10-minute drive to Daytona International Speedway. Watch the sunrise, the fireworks, or stargaze from the balcony and bath in the sun by the pool.

Good location, good communication with property owner. The studio was clean, well organized and very nice to be an older property. I would stay again next time I’m in the area.

Sea Dip bike week

Property could use some updating... the bed was awfully high off the floor... the TV did not work for the weekend for us... Other than that gets a fiddle team with adequate.

nightmare

The toilet seat was broken, the door to balcony had a rusted hinge so the door fell when opened and had to be lifted to close. The code for the door was written on the wall beside the lock. I reported these things to VRBO and to owner upon arrival. Tried to cancel but was unable to do so. I felt unsafe the entire stay. We had a man knock on the door looking for a stolen package that he was suppose to pick up at our unit. On Wednesday, there were 5 police cars in the parking lot and while trying to get on elevator was knocked back by a homeless man running from the police. My husband and I have been attending the Daytona 500 for 40 years and have never had such an experience. The owner is accusing us of causing the rusty hinge and writing the code on the wall. I will never use VRBO again, they have been no help at all.

Excellent location, Nice studio for a couple

Location is great, sunshine everyday, bed needs to be replaced, we were told it would be done shortly.
