Very beautiful apartment with balcony, renovated in 2025, private parking, in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne.
Set back from the seafront, the large beach 350m away, a stone's throw from the town centre, markets and shops, 5 minutes by bus from the station (stop 100m from the building).
Side view of the sea! All that's left is to lay down your towel on the sand, guaranteed change of scenery.
40 m² apartment, on the 1st floor without a lift.
Two bedrooms:
- bedroom 1: 160 cm bed
- bedroom 2: very small additional room with a 140 cm BZ sofa bed with quality mattress
Fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, induction hob, freezer...
Living room with sofa, TV, free wifi
Shower room and washing machine
Separate toilet
Close to sailing and surfing schools, 400m from the Arago market open 7 days/7, 1000m from pedestrian streets and its shops, the "Vélodyssée" cycle path is at the foot of the building.
Bed linen and towels provided
Cleaning will be done after your departure so that you can enjoy the place and the beach until the end.
