Design Villa Winterberg: Luxury vacation home directly on the slopes/meadow

The villa is part of a prestigious development in Neuastenberg. It features a modern, attractive design that is not yet found anywhere else near Winterberg. The project consists of 12 two-story houses (apartments) and 10 villas, all of which are “first-line” properties directly on the ski slope. You can ski right down to the slopes from your terrace!

The designer villa features two private parking spaces right outside the door, complete with an electric vehicle charging station. Through the entrance, you enter the foyer with a coat closet, ski boot heater, and a separate restroom. The living room features high ceilings (up to >4 meters) and a large glass front with sliding doors leading to the terrace. There is a lounge area with a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The open-concept kitchen, complete with a large dining table, is located in the same room. The terrace also has a large table where you can enjoy a view of the slopes and soak up the sun.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A large bathroom with spa amenities such as a rain shower, a whirlpool with light therapy, and an infrared sauna. The villas are generally advertised for 10 people, but we believe that a maximum of eight adults and one small child can sleep in one of the bedrooms.

The villas in this project are called “Villa Alexander.” They are luxuriously furnished with high-quality materials. The owners were able to add their own personal touch. We did our best to create a unique design with an extra touch of luxury.

What our villa (No. 7) has to offer:

Interior: Modern design with concrete floors, industrial concrete ceilings, a modern handle-less kitchen, and the use of designer lighting, wallpaper, tiles, and furniture.

Amenities: (Ski) boot heater, all Bauknecht kitchen appliances instead of a whirlpool tub, induction stove, espresso machine (pads and regular coffee), electric juicer, Bluetooth speaker, extra TV and DVD player in the small bedroom with a beanbag chair for the kids.

Layout: Living room approximately 5 m² larger; a two-person bunk bed in a loft in the small bedroom instead of a bunk bed; no private bathroom, but two separate bathrooms.

Additional amenities: There is a lockable ski storage room next to the door (still under construction), and the two parking spaces in front of the villa include an electric charging station (contactless card required).
