which means the water will be low/empty from October 1st-May 1st
Highly desirable waterfront home located on Fern Ridge reservoir in Veneta. This bright home has distinctive woodwork with lots of original charm & craftsmanship throughout. Large deck overseeing the reservoir; private dock included with property. The master suite has a spacious walk-in closet and private bathroom w/ a jetted tub. The upstairs offers a loft bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower. Just outside of Eugene, a 30 min drive to Hayward Field or Autzen Stadium.

Large separate family/game room with futon and Foosball/air hockey table and additional half bath.
Laundry room with stacked washer/dryer and sink.
Things to Note** - There is a detached apartment above the garage that has a tenant. Two car garage with 1 space for the main house tenants and 1 for the landlord.
