This newly renovated and stylish right-side unit of a duplex, equipped with smart thermostatics, a self-check-in door lock, 24/7 security cameras outside, and an airborne purifier machine. We also provide coffee , snacks, Disney+, Hulu, &ESPN+ during your stays. In the fully fenced and private backyard, we provide a BBQ grill, fire pit for your family cook-out event, and corn hole game for your family fun. Walking distance to Zoo, Summerhill. Less than 10 minutes driving to downtown and Midtown. 5 min driving to Kroger and local restaurants. 10 min driving to the downtown Atlanta.

Quick easy trip

Went to Atlanta to visit family and see the big game. This house made it very easy for me to stay local to all of my destinations. The check in process was a breeze, the house is exactly as described and plenty of parking!!

Quiet home in Grant Park

We enjoyed walking for food and ice cream from this comfortable home. The private back yard was a plus. Hope to stay here again.

Great stay near grant park

This home was clean, welcoming, and even included some snacks! We had a great stay, and the fenced in backyard is such a find when staying in Atlanta!

Great ATL stay!

Nice place in grant park

This is a small place to stay in Grant Park. Very convenient, very clean, listing is accurate. Host is extremely communicative. A great place to stay in Grant Park with a nice little backyard. Kitchen has essentials. If you need to work from home it’s not the best option since the only work surface is a rickety table with rickety stools. A great place to come back to after a day out of the house. Be sure to play Klask (like tabletop air hockey with a twist!)
