It opens onto a beautiful swimming pool and a large garden equipped to entertain both young and old, offering a warm and inviting setting. It’s the perfect place to unwind with family or friends.

Villa Avanaelle offers generous spaces and an ideal layout for family holidays or getaways with friends. Fully air-conditioned, it can accommodate up to 10 adults or 8 adults and 7 children.

On the ground floor, the bright and spacious living areas bring together a modern, fully equipped kitchen opening onto a convivial dining room and a large lounge where everyone can gather.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with queen-size beds (one of which can be converted into twin beds), as well as a large dorm-style bedroom with a private terrace that can host up to seven children or a family. A shower room, a bathroom, and separate toilets complete this level, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features an en-suite shower room, a private balcony, and a study area, offering open views of the garden and absolute comfort—a true cocoon for a peaceful stay.

A fifth independent double bedroom is set up in an adjoining studio with its own walk-in shower and toilet.

The villa opens onto a vast covered summer kitchen, perfectly equipped for enjoying meals outdoors, sheltered from the sun or a light breeze. Designed for conviviality, it naturally extends the living spaces into the outdoors.

From there, a large terrace leads to the pool area, the true heart of the house in summertime. Surrounded by cypress trees, the 10 × 5-meter saltwater pool overlooks a soothing landscape of vineyards and various trees. It invites both relaxation and fun family moments.

Right in front of the pool, a generous outdoor lounge set beneath a large pergola provides a comfortable, shaded space to gather throughout the day.

All of this sits within an 8,000 m² landscaped garden, planted with Mediterranean species and a variety of trees that give the property its Provençal charm and a serene atmosphere.
