✔ 2 living rooms: To allow everyone to relax, with 2 TVs and our subscriptions (Amazon Prime, Disney+, Ligue 1+).
✔ 4 air-conditioned bedrooms for peaceful nights:
Room 1: 1 Queen size bed (160cm).
Room 2: 1 Queen size bed, with access to the sea view balcony.
Room 3: 1 Queen size bed, sharing access to the sea view balcony.
Room 4: 2 bunk beds, perfect for children/teens.
✔ Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.
✔ Connectivity: Fiber optics and Wi-Fi 6, perfect for connecting multiple devices without issues.

The heart of the villa is its large wooden terrace, a true outdoor living room. Imagine your breakfasts facing the ocean, your lazy afternoons by the water, and your barbecue evenings under the stars. It's the perfect place to create precious memories.

Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the entire villa, its garden, and its pool. Entry is autonomous for more flexibility.

An important detail: the entrance gate and the parking area are shared with our adjoining house. Rest assured, your villa has its own completely private entrance and gate, thus guaranteeing your peace and independence.

⛔ To preserve the quietness of the neighborhood that our guests appreciate so much, parties and noisy events are not allowed. No amplifiers or microphones allowed.

The pool is secured by an alarm. However, as it is not fenced, we do not recommend the villa for families with young children who cannot swim. Parental supervision remains essential.
