Nice property with lovely pool area. In a quiet hamlet but with a car all local amenities are close by. Would recommend.

This is a lovely house in a quiet, rural setting. Massimo is a very good host and the house has everything you need for a lovely holiday. 5 min drive to Zminj for Supermarket and 2 good Pizzerias. On Wed morning there is a free walk around the village- meet at the tourist office behind the church at 10am. 30 mins to some pretty coastal towns such as Rovinj, Pula and Fazana where there are boat trips, beaches, bars, restaurants.

Nice stay in Istria

We had a very nice stay in Villa Anton in Istria. The whole family enjoyed especially the very nice pool area. House is very clean and calm. The beaches in Vrsar are approx 20 minutes away. Thanks for the wonderful holidays.

Really lovely house

This was my third time staying in Villa Anton and I can highly recommend it. Everything is just as described and very clean! Massimo is always there if you need him.

Perfect place to stay and tour Istria

We loved the beautiful house and the fabulous pool which was great to return to after a day out in the summer sunshine. The house was spacious with lots of room outside - we loved eating breakfast under the veranda every morning. From this wonderful base we were able to tour around all of Istria - nothing is too far away. We had a marvellous week and would love to return again

Lovely house in the Istrian countryside

A lovely house in the Istrian countryside. Close to supermarkets and restaurants and within easy reach of beaches and beautiful towns. The house is very well kept and organised with plenty of room. The pool and outdoor space is lovely and very private. Massimo is very friendly and helpful - we would definitely recommend!

Lovely place!

This is the second time I stayed in Villa Anton, and the second time was just as great as the first time. The house is very clean and has everything you need. Massimo is the perfect host, always available and super quick to reply. The location is very quiet and convenient.. I will definitely be back. Thanks Massimo :)

A rest in Istria in family

Villa Anton is a beautiful property. Clean, quiet with a clean pool and a private play area. Massimo was really helpful and it was a pleasure to meet him. Good location of the house to visit Istria with highway entrance at 5 min. Supermarket and restaurants within 10 min by car, no special interest in the close neighbour of the location. We had a good family time.

Massimo met us at the property for an easy check-in. The villa and pool are beautiful - very clean and spacious for our group of 4. Air conditioning and WiFi were good. You can hear the Scops Owl calling every evening. Žminj is a small town but in a great location for day trips. We enjoyed Pizzeria To je To in the town centre. There’s a decent supermarket (Plodine) not far from the villa. We went ziplining in Pazin, tandem paragliding in Kaštelir, sailing from Marina Polesana. Rovinj, Poreč, Pula and Fažana are in easy reach for dining options, but go early to find a parking space! We also took a day trip to Piran in Slovenia. There are fantastic swimming spots at Lone Bay, Mulini Beach and Cuvi Beach.Highly recommended!

Family holiday

Beautiful property, with everything we needed for a great holiday. A lovely clean pool and play area . Massimo was really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Only criticism was no lighting around barbecue area and would've been nice if it was closer to patio area but this didn't detract from the lovely time we had and great bsrbecues. Car is definitely required if you want to visit surrounding area and get to the larger supermarkets. Enjoyed visiting Rovinj, Motovun, Porec, And Slovenia. Also enjoyed walking into Nearby village (50 mins) to pick up fresh bread from the bakery. Definitely will return.

Wir hatten 11 tolle Urlaubstage in der Villa Anton, am Anreisetag wurden wir von Massimo herzlich empfangen, danach war er sehr diskret, wir konnten uns in der Ruhe des Dörfchen Krnicari super erholen. Die Lage ist ideal und zentral für Istrien, um in alle Richtungen etwas zu unternehmen. Schnell ist man mit dem Auto in Zminj, wo der große Supermarkt Plodine alles hat, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Am Meer ist man in ca. 20 Minuten bei Rovinj. Das istrische Steinhaus hat wirklich alles, was man braucht, sogar einen Waschtrockner, draußen ist der Platz unterm Dach und der Pool ein Träumchen, man findet auch auf der Wiese ein Schattenplatz. Bei uns fingen schon die weißen Maulbeeren an zu reifen, der Maulbeerbaum ist das Schmuckstück des Grundstücks. Wir waren zu dritt in dem großen Haus, also viel Platz für jeden. Wir kommen gern wieder. Bis zum nächsten Mal alles Gute für Massimo

Ruhig und erholsam!

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, top gepflegt und absolut ruhig und uneinsehbar. Pool 8×4, top in Schuss! Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und wenig präsent, bei Bedarf engagiert er sich umgehend. Hatten ein wirklich schweres Unwetter- Haus und Pool waren nach 3 Stunden wieder top!
