ROSE Holidays offers this bright and functional studio, located on the 1st floor, in a quiet neighbourhood of Les Sables d'Olonne.
Ideal for a solo or duo stay, it will particularly appeal to water sports enthusiasts thanks to its practical facilities: water point for rinsing wetsuits on the ground floor.

Everything is located upstairs:
A warm living space with dining and sleeping areas, equipped with a trundle bed that easily transforms into a double bed
A small open-plan kitchen overlooking the living area, equipped with:
Refrigerator
Kettle
Filter coffee machine
A bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet
A small balcony to enjoy the mild Vendée evenings
On the ground floor:
Washing machine and sink available, perfect for rinsing and washing your belongings after a day at the beach
Parking:
Free street parking, just in front of or near the accommodation

Close to neighbourhood shops (bakery, convenience store, restaurants)
Quick access to cycle paths to explore the coast and reach other spots
