Exterior security cameras in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.

Perfect for our family

Some areas needed cleaning. One chair was broken friend sat and desk down because it was broken before she sat on it. Wes one or two more floor lamps to brighten up the living room. Please wipe inside light bowls above the dinnnd table. Pans. It clean.

Nice house but needs improvement

The house was comfortable and spacious and conveniently located near freeway and close to parks. Small issues marred our experience; dishwasher needs to be installed properly so it does’t tip out when opened, not enough silverware and bowls, no place to store food, sheets were old, some beds had plastic covers, games were missing many pieces, etc. Most of these annoyances can be inexpensively remedied which would make this a 5 star rental.

Quite Neighborhood

Neighborhood is a known quiet area. Easy access to the freeway with grocery stores and restaurants a short distance away. Adding a night light in the 2nd bathroom and tightening or replacing the kitchen sink spigot would be a big plus (not a show stopper). Property owner was responsive. If the house rules feels restrictive other places I have rented were similar, but maybe rewrite them so people do not feel offended versus informed. Sure, I would stay again.

Lovely but room for improvement

The house was the perfect size for a family vacation, everything was as advertised and we had a wonderful stay. Property management company is top notch, they are very responsive and helpful. There were some things we felt could be improved upon however. We could’ve used extra blankets for the living area, more drinking glasses/cups and a larger coffee maker. The dice were missing out of yahtzee.t One of the chairs at the kitchen counter was missing screws and scary to use, the toilet in the master bathroom is not level and moved quite a bit, and many of the drains did not drain very well. Overall though, we were very happy with the home and enjoyed the week we spent here.

Fremont Visit

The lock code system failed late at night when we were coming home from our wedding event. There is no one to call for a quick response. The heating system does not heat the rooms adequately. The kitchen faucet needs to be secured to the sink. There was a lack of eating utensils and glassware for as large a party as this home accommodates.

Didn't Stay because of Racism and surveillance

My guests arrived for an over night stay and the rules changed from guests can come until 10pm to no extra guests without permission. Also if the Wi-Fi went out we would be charged $150 per hour to get it fixed. There are outside cameras to ensure no extra guests. I ended up canceling the stay and booking five hotel rooms that evening because it seemed like you didn't really want to rent this home. Maybe because our organization is a Native American run org? We didn't want our guest to feel uncomfortable. I think you should just take this house off of VRBO if you don't really want to rent it.

Beware before booking!

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about our recent stay at the house. We really should've paid more attention to the previous 2-star and 6-star reviews because the house turned out to be quite a disappointment. Upon entering, we were greeted by a strong smell of bleach, which gave us the impression of cleanliness, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The floors were extremely dirty—walking barefoot was no different than being outside. Aditionally the floor in the hallway is bubbled up and needs to be fixed. The bathrooms feel like a blast from the past, straight from the 80s. The shower drain cap is detached and needs to be fixed. We noticed a lack of management with them providing only 2 towels per room for us to stay for 5 days. There's a lack of kitchen supplies—no kitchen towels, no small spoons, and just a couple of plates and cups for a couple people. The coffee machine was not up to date either. To add to that, there was no ice in the refrigerator, and the backyard looked neglected—dusty and unkept. Lastly, the crib in the master bedroom seemed outdated, staraight from the 70s, and was missing sheets and blankets, making it pretty much useless. The mattresses haven't been changed for at least 10 years and as well pillows, making them discussting to sleep on. The only two good things about the house is 4 bedroom and a nice area. I hope this feedback is helpful for futureimprovements.

Beautiful property

This property was perfectly located. It was the perfect size for a family. The home had every amenity we needed. The property managers were so pleasant, and very easily reachable for any needs. I will be staying here again.
