The agency Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you, in Morne-à-l'Eau, this charming air-conditioned house with an area of 45 m2 and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It is composed of a living room of 10 m 2, an open kitchen equipped, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 60 m 2. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 10 m2 with TV, sofa bed, dining area and open kitchen equipped with in particular: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140 190)
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140 190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful garden, private and enclosed, of 60 m²
- A terrace of 10 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
The house is ideally located in Morne-à-l'Eau, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...

Regarding the means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Guadeloupe-Maryse Condé Airport 8.1 km away, approximately 12 mins
- Bus stop about 500 m from the accommodation
