Be the first to experience the Sunset Saguaro! The completely renovated three bedroom, two bath main house comes with attached casita with one additional bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette-- perfect for the grandparents or another small family tagging along! After an extensive renovation in 2022, we're excited for our guests to relax in the brand-new heated pool, spa, fire pit and putting green with desert views!

The "Sunset Saguaro" sits just a few miles from either the Laughlin casinos or Katherine's Landing at Lake Mohave. You'll enter through the front patio and come through either the front door to the main house or the casita, both through a smart lock. The casita has a welcoming King bed, kitchenette, full bath and large closet-- the perfect place for a small family or grandparents tagging along. The main house was thoughtfully designed from floor to ceiling. The wall murals give a desert-sunset vibe with pops of orange and blue throughout the main living room. The split layout has the master bedroom with slider to backyard and large bathroom on one side of the house, with the other two bedrooms and bath on the other side with the open concept living room and kitchen in the center of the home.

The backyard is completely open for your use and enjoyment, but there's a couple points to mention about the property:
- The firepit is built, however, we are waiting on specific parts from our contractor for full use. As of now, it is not available.
- The pool has heating capabilities and until we are confident the process of heating is a smooth experience, only the spa is available for heating at this time. Once we get it streamlined, the pool will be available for heating for $50 per day. Spa use and heating is available now!
-Users of the spa and pool assume all liability and may swim at their own risk while following posted pool rules. Owner is not liable or responsible for injury or misuse of amenities.
-Should you need any assistance with the pool or equipment, reach out to us immediately to help resolve and get you back to enjoying your vacation. This will limit any unnecessary additional damage or frustration.
-The home sits on a main road and has a slight slope leading up to the garage.

Beautiful house!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! We came for a soccer tournament and it was so nice to have a clean and comfortable house to rest at between all the games. Great, safe location. Hot tub was so nice to relax in at the end of the day. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean and well kept! Also great, quick and friendly communication from the property manager!

Excellent property, great manager, extremely responsive. Everything you need is there!! Only suggestion would be to make the use of the hot tub easier, it's not at all intuitive.

Clean and Convenient

Cleanliness and location were great. I wish I had read closer that the pool is not heated, the fire pit isn’t working and that the hot tub only heats up after 2pm. Search was for a heated pool on VRBO site. Left 2 days early.

This property was amazing ! Perfect for Us .. had everything we needed with all the girls the 3 bathrooms were a necessity, lol … The master was a plus with the separate toilet room which I appreciated the most so I could relax in my jacuzzi tub .. fridge was very large size for all our needs .. and the most important was being so close to the casinos across the river and Katherine’s Landing where our boat rental was and also Sam’s club ..

Pros: Owner was very quick to respond. Helpful. Super set up, spacious.Cons:Hot tub hours are kinda wonky, Couldn't use until after 5pm So really only ready 5 hours a day.Driveway super steep.Cleaning staff details.

Beautiful house!

We had a wonderful time! It would had been more convenient if we could use the jacuzzi at a higher temp whenever and it not be on a timer! Plus, there is an extra fee to heat the pool which you find out after booking. The driveway is steep and challenging to park if you are with elderly peeps. Plus on Vrbo site it doesn’t mention camera. The owner was very accommodating and pleasant with checking out late and but overall we loved the house. The house is beautiful with great location! We had a good time:-)

Overall nice

The good: Nice neighborhood. Big house with lots of room for family. Large kitchen was great.I wish I had read more about not being able to get pool heat prior I guess I missed it in the details. The not so great: the hot tub only got hot after 4pm due to the cleaning schedule. By then it was getting dark and too late to want to enjoy the yard. Couldn’t get the jets to come on in the hot tub. The heat in the house randomly shut itself down to 62 after a hour. Needed a PIN code to keep it on longer. Asked host about it and they asked what temp we would like heat at but it still kept going down to 62; so bring a blanket cause it got cold. I would agree with the review about the water pressure in the showers not the best. The king size bed in the master bedroom was comfy. And the host was very friendly and answered us back with any questions so all in all it was a good stay; just wish we could have enjoyed the yard/ pool/ hot tub. But it wasn’t a deal breaker

Beautiful house

This is a very beautiful house the sunset saguaro theme stays through the house, very cute. This vacation was to enjoy some quality time with my family as it has been a rough year, after finding out my longtime bf of 6 years has cancer we decided to go away and relax together so overall my family and I had a pretty enjoyable stay.

Excellent stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had 9 family members in for a wedding and the accomodations were great for our needs. The hot tub was very nice and was a great way to unwind after the wedding. Hosts were very responsive!

Heated pool and spa

Our annual river trip was cut short but this fabulous home was perfect for our family. One of the best parts was the heated pool and spa, although sadly the spa jets only worked once while we were there. The house was very clean which is a huge thing for me. The only suggestion I would make is a more comfortable lounging couch. We love to end the evening sitting around the TV and winding down from the day on the lake and it was difficult to get comfortable. Everything else was perfect!

Fantastic

This place is beautiful, comfortable and the communication with the hosts was amazing! The only thing that was a little bit frustrating were the showers. There was not very good water pressure. All in all though, it was a great place to stay and there was clearly a lot of care put into this beautiful house.

Family Spring Break

This listing was true to the pictures and deserving of the great reviews. We would definitely stay here again! It was a perfect gathering place for our family and the relatives that were local to bullhead city. We all enjoyed the pool and spa everyday! They were so accommodating with all of our pool heating requests. Management was quick to answer questions and respond, and the pool guy (Cody) was really helpful and attentive to our heating requests as well. He would respond within minutes. We used both the heated pool and spa everyday The kitchen and other gathering spaces were large enough to accomodate everyone comfortably. It was a beautiful property and view too. I would highly recommend.
