Wake up to the waves lapping the shore at this fifth-floor oceanfront condo! When you're not out exploring and enjoying the sun and waves, return to your home away from home to unwind from the day. Step inside the door of your condo to a comfortable seating area, where you can stream your favorite shows on the TV or check your email using the free WiFi. The adjacent kitchenette is perfect for preparing light snacks or sandwiches for the beach, and there’s a small seating area as well. There's also a shared gym available if you feel like working out during your stay.

Things to Know
All of the resort amenities are closed until further notice.
There is ongoing exterior maintenance Monday- Friday and guests may experience noise from 8 a.m - 6 p.m.
Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 5.

Security camera details: There are active security cameras in common areas of the resort (hallways, the parking garage, and elevators).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center

Great room! Very surprised at studio setup. A/c worked great! DBR&CC is a very nice property. Two pools, kiddie pool/splash pad, arcade, and obviously quick/convenient access to relatively private beach. Actually in Ormond Beach but close enough to all DB stuff. Only complaint is the freezer portion of fridge doesn’t stay cold enough; ice and ice cream melted a bit. Highly recommend!

Great pools…horrible bed.

As soon as we checked in I did inventory and discovered the light as soon as you walk in the door was blown as was the vanity light, no hairdryer nor iron and ironing board as advertised. I called immediately to report and the rep said they would send someone out. They brought iron & ironing board the next afternoon, but said said the hairdryer isn’t listed as an amenity which it clearly is. Bulbs finally fixed after 48 hrs in the dark. They would not answe the phone after the first call. Luckily, I got the number of the guy who delivered the iron. He’s the only person who would help me. The bed is VERY hard. It felt like we were sleeping on the box spring. Nothing is supplied except 2 rolls of toilet paper & 1 roll of paper towels. Publix is short walk across the street, but very high grocery prices compared to what we are used to. Pictures accurately depict unit. Outside pools are great. Never used the indoor pool/hot tubs.

Roach motel vibes

NOTHING is accurate about the listing besides the parking garage being closed. ALL 3 pools, hot tub, arcade, restaurant and bar are closed. They are horrible to get ahold of and say they’ll get back to you, but never do. They also claimed they never listed that there’s a pool to use, but I have screenshots of the listing saying there two pools at your disposal outside. The ceilings are collapsing and floors-balcony’s have closed signs on them saying “hazardous”. There was trash under our bed and stuff on the floor when we arrived, so poor housekeeping. The room smelled like something died in it and it was extremely hot. The fridge kept our food room temperature, im pretty sure it was broken. The vents were full of black mold throughout our room. The bedding is ripped up and paper thin. The couch was stained. Water in shower was hot or cold, no in between. Our flight was canceled and we couldn’t get on a plane until the next day so I ended up paying for a night that we weren’t there, which fine, but I warned them on the day we were supposed to check in. Since we arrived 24 hours late, they wouldn’t assist us in anyway. Lying, scammers is what they are. The place was an absolute dump and I have TONS of photos to prove. I have screenshots of the poor response and lies in texts from vacasa as well. I’ll never use vacasa again and I’ll make sure none of my family, friends or clients do either. -a woman who owns a successful cleaning business and “turns” STRs for a living.

Spacious

Our room was nice and spacious however we barely had any bedding. The main bed had a very small bedspread that 2 of us together struggled to use. The pull out sofa had no extra bedding. We called vacana multiple times and never received any so we went and bought our own. It turns out the room next to us was also a vacana room that had tons of extra goodies even beach towels. Over all would stay here again.

Ocean front oasis

The location was great! Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves! Bedroom was wonderful. Room was clean and spacious. The resort is excellent! Will be back to this resort again. Had some issues but still enjoyed ourselves.

Dog Friendly Oceanfront Location

Great location, clean, with all the necessities. Note that the space does feel a little small, similar to a hotel room. It is essentially a hotel room converted to a Beachfront Condo. If you prefer space and elbow room, you probably show pony up some more money and look for a condo with an extra 200-400 sqaure feet.
