WOW! What a view! Direct Oceanfront w/private balcony on 5th floor. 1 bedroom w/king bed, new sleeper sofa, large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen w/2 burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, plenty of cookware & utensils, 2 wall mounted TV's. All of this located in a beautiful resort stocked w/amenities. 1 outdoor pool, indoor pool, 1 hot tub, sauna, exercise room, private parking, and beach access available.


Located just 2 miles south of our resort is The Daytona Lagoon, Family-friendly water park with go-karts, mini-golf, an arcade, laser tag & a climbing wall.

WE HAVE PARKING! WE HAVE SOME SPOTS IN FRONT OF THE RESORT AND ALSO A LOT NEXT TO THE RESORT

We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.

Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!

New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!

If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.

The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!

Amazing!

This was our first time ever coming to Daytona & we will definitely be booking this stay again! It was so nice. The view was amazing, the bed was very comfortable, the whole room smelt so clean. We will definitely be back

No complaints!

Our first time visiting and we have absolutely no complaints. Donna was great to work with and very informative. She even let us check in early. If you're looking for a place to stay I highly recommend. Also, the view was phenomenal.

View was perfect. Room was perfect. Even though all amenities at resort weren’t available due to hurricane damage, the stay was still a very pleasant one and we will return for future stays.

BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEWS!

Unfortunately our stay was after the hurricane so the resort was pretty much shot😕 the condo itself was beautiful! When it gets back up and running it's going to be WONDERFUL when all the amenities are available.

Had a great time!

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this property. It was very clean, had ample space, a great little kitchen, was convenient to several restaurants, and was a great place the the kids. In addition to the beautiful beach, multiple pools, etc. there is an arcade in the first floor. The property owner even provided chairs and beach toys for entertainment. We had a great time!

Beach get away

Very nice. Beautiful views. Very clean. Very comfortable. Only issue was from the dehumidifier. Generated heat that created a musty odor.

As advertised the room was nice with zero amenities. Yet, the water from the ocean literally came to the sea wall a vast majority of the time and left little to no beach time. Rough crowd with biker week going on as well. Water yellow when tub filled.

Disappointment….

Condo was located within a beach front high rise that had sustained considerable damage from the 2023 September hurricane. All amenities and most services were suspended. Visible exterior damage was extensive and interior also lacked up to date maintenance. The specific unit we rented was dated. The bathroom needed refreshing. The toilet was gasping with each flush, new internal parts were screaming to be found. Towels and wash clothes were a present danger, we bought our own. No soap or hair products were provided, luckily we brought our own. The bedroom had a mattress that had seen better days. No firmness, about as soft as the sofa bed. The kitchen was a refrigerator and a heat plate with two burners next to a sink. My wife estimated she had six square inches to prepare food. No coffee pot, just a “kureig” coffee maker and I hate buying “K” cups. The other room furniture was about as old and dated as the pharoah’s tombs. Perhaps the owner could find some better quality furniture at the weekend Daytona Beach flea market. But the good news was that other vacationers experienced the same set of challenges we did. Perhaps this explained the minimal occupation rate. My condolences to the condo owners, seems the developer has abandoned them and provides an explanation for the city legal action against the developer. Perhaps VRBO will be more forthcoming in there advertising in the future….
