A perfect fusion of comfort and convenience, this centrally located home is in a quiet neighborhood yet still close to the best of the area. This lovely home presents two almost identical condos situated adjacent to each other, plus an additional basement studio furnished with a full kitchen, a full bath, a living room, a large TV, and a washer/dryer. Complete with luxe finishes, mountain views, and modern farmhouse-style furnishings, these homes each feature ample room to both relax and entertain.

Each upper condo has three bedrooms, two full baths, and one-half bath, plus a private balcony, a fireplace, and continued mountain views! The upper living spaces are detailed with wood floors and a TV. Whip up your favorite recipes in the pristine kitchens, each equipped with a full suite of appliances and helpful cookware. If your traveling companions include your dogs, feel free to bring them along to enjoy the fully-fenced yard. The home also boasts a hot tub on the patio.

THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.
A high chair, crib, and games/toys are provided.
For smaller groups, Midtown Anchorage Basecamp Condo A and Midtown Anchorage Basecamp Condo B can be rented separately.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Needed a place for a bunch of people and a robot

We needed a lot of beds and some place to practice for the state robotics competition. This was a perfect space and everyone enjoyed our stay. It is centrally located and very close to the university.

Great space for large groups

Our family traveled to Anchorage for a few days of vacation and we rented the entire property. There was plenty of room for the 17 of us, in a great location close to everything, and a nice back deck and yard. The wi-fi worked great, as did all the appliances and clothes washer and dryer. There were a few very minor maintenance issues, but nothing that prevent a five star rating. If we all come back, we will definitely try to stay again. yard and

Group travel

This was a great place to stay for our hockey trip. We had 3 apts that were connected and were all able to hang out together but also able to separate as needed. The house is pretty sound proof too, as people could sleep while others were up all night.

Baseball Trip

House was great for our team to stay at. The twin beds were a little small to sleep two in but we managed. We used both sides and the team had a great time. It was clean, furnished with most everything you needed and I would highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group.

Just What We Needed

A large group of women were in town for a 3 day meeting that was held at different locations each day. We rented the entire property and it worked out perfectly as it was centrally located to everywhere we needed to be. Everyone had there own bed and there were enough bathrooms to accommodate us getting ready each day. We didn't really use the kitchens, but they seemed to have all the necessary items. We would stay again if we find ourselves in Anchorage in the future.

Lots of space!

We had a great stay at this location with a large group. We were three families total and there was plenty of space for everyone. There are a LOT of bunk beds, which is great, but it would have been nice to have one more "adult" bedroom with a king. We also had some issues with the washer locking our clothes but hopefully that has been resolved (it was definitely stressful). Overall it was clean, well maintained and in a great location to catch an Uber to downtown and enjoy Anchorage for the weekend. If you need to talk to property management we recommend calling instead of texting, it is much faster.

Great space but updates are needed

Cons: We noticed many issues at the property - a hole in the wall, blinds that didn’t work, a towel holder that was hanging out of the wall. Additionally, the heat on one unit was locked at 66 for 4 days of our 6 day stay. It was snowing outside each of those days, so 66 was chilly. They recommended we start a fire (wood burning fireplace that we didn’t know how to use and would have to go purchase wood) or use the two space heaters (ummm not safe at night!) As they were working on fixing it, they promised a free adjustment for the “lack of amenities” - something they brought up, not me. . Of course, once it was fixed, no mention was made of any adjustment. Pros: lots of space for groups, kitchen has needed resources for cooking

midtown house

Place was nice and clean and roomy and pictures are accurate- met our needs for a group of 12. Some of our guests reported that wifi did not work well enough to do any work on laptops. Two of three bedrooms in each unit are a bunk with double on bottom and what seemed to be a smaller-than-twin on top and not that easy to get in and out of (we had trouble finding guests who were small enough to sleep there). Wish there was outdoor furniture on the back deck-- would be nice to use that. We were in both units and basement studio and easy to get back and forth (using back deck). Neighborhood is safe but mixed in terms of upkeep but for driving and where our group was going, the location was very good.

Nice layout but walls were leaking

This home had a great layout of beds and kitchen to accomodate a big group, but (I suspect) ice dams on the roof were causing significant water leaking into the house through the window frames. Water was constantly dripping in, in all of the windows upstairs on the north side of the house. I contacted the management company and only got a response several days later that said "sorry we have a high email volume". I would not recommend staying here until this is fixed!

The check-in process was smooth overall, though guests should note there are high stairs at both main entrances. Unfortunately, the property did not appear to be well maintained or fully cleaned prior to our arrival. One condo had a strong, unpleasant odor upon entry, and several showers were not clean. In one master bedroom, the bedding—including the comforter, sheets, mattress pad, and mattress—was visibly soiled. One of our guests even purchased a new mattress pad to feel comfortable sleeping there.We also noticed several maintenance concerns: multiple kitchen cabinet doors hanging by one hinge, missing towel bars with unrepaired holes in the walls, closets without hanging rods, and shower doors that were not securely installed.Attempts to contact management during our stay for resolution were largely ineffective, despite instructions throughout the property encouraging guests to reach out if issues arose. Overall, the service and responsiveness were disappointing.I would not recommend this property in its current condition. If the cleanliness and maintenance issues are addressed and communication with management improves, it could become a much better experience. We have had many positive stays in Alaska—especially through VRBO—but this particular property, managed by Vacasa, did not meet those standards.

Spacious house with nice layout for lots of friends!

It was my 40th birthday and 14 of us stayed in the house(s), we rented both sides, and easily walked from side to side on the back deck vs up and down the stairs. The houses were great, lots of beds, big living rooms, big kitchens. All the amenities, we made coffee, and breakfast most days, and dinner and snacks at least a few times with ease. The hot tub was awesome! Plenty of towels, and soap, and whatever else people needed. Someone even ran some wash and dryer it. Plenty of games to play in the living room too! Good location, Walgreens and McDonalds around the corner, and easy to get to major highways. We only ran into the host once, and he and his kids were very nice, wished me a happy birthday. I would recommend this location, we had a great time! If ever in Alaska again with 13 friends I will be sure to come back!

Family Wedding

We were 3 families that came to Anchorage for a wedding. We wanted to stay together. These two units were perfect for us. Very spacious, clean and modern. Location was also perfect, 10 mins from everywhere. Would stay here again.
