Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 40 m² flat for rent in Royan, 700 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a 65 m² garden. Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 22 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, little oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
