* Description of this accommodation:

With a surface area of 38m2, this unusual studio-type accommodation (1st floor without elevator) can accommodate up to 4 travelers.


⚡️ The main room consists of:
- the living area: you can settle comfortably into the Chesterfield sofa (convertible into a double bed) to read novels, warm up in front of a fireplace (artificial but totally magical), play chess (wizard version) or watch the magical portrait (TV)

- dining table: for meals (for 4 people)

- fully equipped kitchen: unless you delegate this task to the house elves, you can also use the fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster)

⚡️ The “dormitory” area is separated from the “common room” by red and gold curtains. You will have two single canopy beds.

⚡️ The bathroom has a beautiful shower, a vanity unit with mirror, and of course a toilet with direct access to the Ministry of Magic 🚽


* The neighborhood:

This unique accommodation is located on Rue Servan, in the heart of the Antiquaires district, a historic and iconic neighborhood of the city of Grenoble. You will be close to the main tourist attractions (including the Bastille cable car and the Notre-Dame museum), the best restaurants, and many shops. The Muggle tram is just a few minutes' walk away and will take you to the train station or to the hospital and university. For ski enthusiasts, the Magicobus stop that takes you to the resorts is located at Place de Verdun, a 3-minute walk away. And for those coming to Grenoble by car, there are secure parking lots (for a fee) just a few minutes' walk from the accommodation (please note: flying cars are not allowed). But of course, the best way to discover the city is to hop on your Nimbus 2000 and fly away from the balcony 🧹⚡️

Access to the accommodation:

Self-service via a key box. Help with entry thanks to instructions and access video.

🕰️ Hours: Check-in from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m. For different hours (+€24), contact us in advance.
🐶 Pets allowed: $12/pet/day.

- Bed linen and towels provided for 4 people
- Welcome kit (1 roll of toilet paper, 1 sponge, 2 trash bags, 1 small bottle of shower gel, and 1 small bottle of dish soap)

Cleaning fees: Include cleaning of the accommodation and the provision of bed linen and towels.
