It is located in the heart of nature in the hills of Meulan-en-Yvelines, yet close to Paris (45 minutes by train).
Very bright thanks to its large south-facing windows, it has a solid wood open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub and sink, and reversible air conditioning.
Its large, open-plan room offers every comfort. There is a queen-size bed and a sofa bed, which can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, as well as a Senseo 2-in-1 coffee machine (filter and pods).
With no neighbors opposite, you can enjoy a superb 40 m² terrace with garden furniture, complete with access to a gazebo offering panoramic views of Paris, La Défense, and the Eiffel Tower.
Access is private and via a right of way.
The loft is located just 800 m from the city center and a 10-minute walk from the Thun-le-Paradis train station (connection to Paris Saint-Lazare or Mantes-Rouen).
A private parking space in the gated condominium is included, with the possibility of parking several vehicles outside.

For a perfect connection, it is equipped with fiber optics.
