Not a Riverfront but close to water. Our home is filled with love and hope your time here is spent relaxing and making memories and putting smiles on each others face. So much to do or just relax.
If you are interested in fishing, snorkeling, paddle boards, kyacks, , manatees, Sand bar parties, birding or just take a tour down the River to see Our own Monkey Island, just ask. Capt. Sean. He does it all. Www.mellowmangrovecharters.com or 352-257-9487 (my son)

Very clean.nice yard for my dog to runaround he's on vacation too .all fenced in the host was very helpful great people to talk too we enjoyed the place well will go back.I recommend it . Close to everything thanks for letting us stay. Jimmy and Diana.

Trip to Homosassa Springs

The property owners, Carol and Andrew were very responsive. The house was immaculate when we arrived and there was snacks, fruit, vegetables, and a frozen chicken meal in the refrigerator. Both property owners checked in with us throughout the stay and suggested activities in the area that we would would enjoy. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home

Came here in July with my boyfriend and our friend for our friend’s birthday to go scalloping! The location couldn’t have been more perfect. The home was so neat and cozy and had everything we needed. Andrew came over and introduced himself and was so informative and helpful! Gave us recommendations of things to do and good dinner spots. We look forward to staying here again when we are in the area :)

Because we were coming in late owner had pork chops veggies and fruit in refrigerator for us to make. Very clean comfy and quiet. Had coffee,cookies bath products, detergent all kinds of extras

Comfortable for all occasions!!

The owner prepped our stay to our needs! She bought our children toys and activities to play with. Breakfast was waiting for us! The inside of the house was spectacular from 3 big screen tvs to relaxing furniture! The outside had a bbq grill, table with covered umbrella and chimnania to make small fires. Fishing, biking and swim gear! Couldn't ask for a better house,people,and price for a vacation. Highly recommended!

Nice and clean

We enjoyed our stay here. The home was nice and clean. I would suggest updating the listing as there was no king size bed or pull out couch/futton. I believe it was one queen and a double bed. The backyard could be better fenced, I did not trust that my dogs wouldn't get out. Overall, it was nice and we did enjoy our stay.

Holiday with the Manatees

My husband and two kids stayed 3 nights.We needed a budget friendly place to stay while we swam with the manatees. This home was everything we needed and more. It was extremely clean and comfortable. It also had lots of extras, snacks on the counter and drinks in the fridge, and wood at the fire pit.Carol even left us all the fixings for a meal so we didn’t have to feel the pressure of shopping right away. It was also conveniently located. It didn’t take more than 15mins to get anywhere we wanted from Homosassa to Crystal Springs. I highly recommend this home!

So happy with accommodations and the host. The house was clean, well equipped, secured with an enclosed, locked gate and a large yard for our dog. We were pleased with the little treats left by the host, all the amenities and hosts that were accommodating for any wishes we had. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Relaxing!

What a gracious host! Cute place with all you need to relax and play. Stressful week while trying to close on our home but place felt like home. Fenced yard, horseshoes. Fireplace, gas grill, each room has large screen TV, kitchen equipped with everything you need, nice beds. Close to everything. The fresh croissants and melon Carol brought over were a treat! Would forsure stay again!
