Cross-country ski trails at 500m and shops between 100 and 500m.Common room in basement and garden available to tenants.Bessans, charming village, quiet and authentic, will seduce lovers of large spaces and wild nature. An ideal village for family holidays.Exceptional and very sunny setting with its unique geography of high altitude plateau.



Accommodation: Type : 3-room apartment + mountain area (2 bedrooms) Location: 1st floor with balcony facing southeast. Sleeping: - one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) - one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) - a cabin with bunk beds (2 beds) Appliances : Living room with equipped kitchenette (electrical plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, extractor hood) and sitting area with sofa and flat screen TV. Free WIFI access.Sanitary: A bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet. A bathroom with bathtub (shower) and toilet adjoining one bedroomGood to know: Linen provided in extra charge 12€/person (on order). Large ski box in the basement of the building. No carpets.
