Lovely villa, beautiful area on a very well maintained golf resort, well positioned for several of the lovely beaches, as well as being close to the supermarkets and a water park (10mins away)Aircon was great (and we were told newly installed), kitchen appliances all easy to use, nice big TV if you fancy watching any movies, WiFi worked well, and David who greeted us was really helpful and friendly. If we are being picky the pool has a some tiles missing, a few of the bed side lamps didn’t work, one sun lounger is broken, and there are a few patches of damp/paint peeling in some rooms, this didn’t spoil our stay though just some things that ought to be addressed given what we paid for the villa (David did acknowledge some of these things, just difficult to address during the peak season).

we enjoyed our stay very much. It is exactly like advertised and more. It has a very well equipped kitchen and nice sourroundings. We would definitely book this property again.

Lovely peaceful villa

Lovely villa with secluded pool and sunbathing area - we have just enjoyed our second stay there. For those who wish to cook there is a very well equipped kitchen! Driveway slightly difficult as it is on the side of a hill.

Great family holiday.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Carla. The Villa is even better than the pictures. It!s based in a quiet golf resort with easy access to lots of places. Getting an Uber to Carvoeiro was between 5- 10 euros. It was very spacious, clean and well maintained with lots of facilities . Thanks for a great holiday.

We had a lovely week at the villa with the family. Villa was as expected but more stairs than expected which would be a problem with young children. However very clean and tidy.

We recently left Villa Clara after three nights into a fourteen night stay. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable that we did not get any sleep on any night. Also, the bedding could not be described as luxury. To make matters worse, there were dogs barking intermittingly throughout the nights.The damp in both downstairs bedrooms permeated throughout the villa. Also, the bedside lamps in both downstairs bedrooms were not working at all. The sofa in the living room was worn and is in need of repair. The light switch for the main bathroom was hanging off and clearly dangerous. The bin was broken in the kitchen and the freezer was dirty. Knife block unhygienic.Outside, it wasn't any better as there were so many missing tiles on the pool floor that, in our opinion, made it hazardous to use. In any event, the pool water was not clean when we arrived and even though we were promised a visit from the pool cleaner he did not arrive in the three days that we stayed there. Also, the garden furniture was old, faded and dirty. We have travelled extensively throughout Europe and, in our opinion, this villa is nowhere near 'Luxury'. We contacted the owner for a refund as we felt that it was not as advertised but all they said was there would be no refund and to cancel the booking through VRBO. If we had cancelled we would not have been able to post this review. In short AVOID! You have been warned.

Schön großes, tolles Haus, sauber, persönlicher Empfang, sogar mit gefülltem Kühlschrank! Gute Erreichbarkeit der Verwalter! Probleme werden umgehend gelöst. Restaurant und Lebensmittelgeschäft fußläufig erreichbar, sonst Auto notwendig! Toller Urlaub!

villa dans le golf de Gramacho

nous avons séjourner 12 jours au mois d'aout entre amis point positif : la situation dans le golf d'Estombar environnement très calme à 10 minutes des plages. La maison est bien équipée mais le point négatif est qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation dans les chambres uniquement des ventilateurs. la chambre à l'étage est très chaude .et pas de volets uniquement des persiennes Le mobilier de jardin notamment les transats et les coussins sont sales et vieillissants, le barbecue n'a pas nettoyé. La cuisine envahie de fourmis. Malgré ces quelques points négatifs nous y avons passé un bon séjour.

Très belle villa

Très belle Villa, très bien située dans le Golf de Gramacho. La piscine est très bien, le jardin également. Barbecue mis à disposition qui nous a permis de nous régaler au bord de l’eau. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de climatisation dans une maison comme celle-ci. Nous avons eu quelques fourmis dans la cuisine mais une fois tous les paquets sucrés ou salés mis dans les placards ça a mieux été. Mis à part cela la maison était très propre. Petit bémol pour le passage du ménage dans la semaine, sans prévenir, qui s’est aussi occupée du nettoyage de la piscine donc nous n’avons pas pu en profiter un après midi. Si nous avions su, nous serions aller à la mer.

Séjour en famille

L'environnement est très calme et agréable car à l'intérieur du golf de Gramacho. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine bien équipée et la piscine de bonne dimension. Néanmoins, la communication avec la personne en charge de la location était quasi inexistante : nous avons dû la contacter la veille pour connaitre la procédure d'arrivée, en obtenant des réponses peu aimables. Par ailleurs, cette maison n'est absolument pas adaptée à des personnes ayant une mobilité réduite ou des jeunes enfants : en effet, il y a des marches partout, entre toutes les pièces, ce que l'annonce n'indique pas. La maison est sur un terrain très en pente, engendrant un stationnement compliqué avec une grosse voiture. Enfin, la chambre du premier étage est extrêmement peu isolée et très chaude l'été, même toutes fenêtres ouvertes : un simple ventilateur est fourni ce qui est clairement insuffisant pour y dormir en été.

Prachtig ruime villa met rustige ligging en veel privacy

Een heerlijke vakantie in deze villa, en veel mogelijkheden om (met de auto) de prachtige zandstranden van de Algarve te ontdekken, of anders bij het zwembad te vertoeven. De woning is prima met goede voorzieningen.

Die Zeit im Casa Carla haben wir sehr genossen und können die Ferienunterkunft empfehlen

Der Aufenthalt war einfach gut. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, als wir abends ankamen, fanden wir im Kühlschrank sogar frische Lebensmittel für den ersten Bedarf vor. Der Garten und der Pool war toll. Dinge, die fehlten (z.b. ein zweiter Fön für das zweite Bad) wurden sofort nachgeliefert. En kleines Manko, die Betten waren sehr hart. Ansonsten war es war ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt.

Excellent villa tailored toward adult parties

We had a very enjoyable stay at the villa, located in an excellent quiet area of the golf course (not facing the course) although being close to the open dry spaces you can find snakes, spiders etc. Property is really well equipped, the kitchen has more than enough equipment for even advanced cooks. The villa is geared toward adults though (and is advertised as such) so wouldn’t highly recommend for young children, however very good for adults.
