L’escale du port - En Face du Port

The agency Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers for rent, in the town of Arzon, this charming studio less than a kilometer from the beach, with an area of 23 m2 and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a living room of 16 m 2, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom (with shower).

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 16 m2 with TV, dining area and two double sofa beds
- A kitchette equipped with in particular: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

The studio is ideally located in Arzon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities:
- Discover the spectacular Cairn of Petit Mont, a megalithic monument more than 6,000 years old with a unique panorama over the Gulf of Morbihan.
- Stroll among the shops and artists' galleries of the port of Le Crouesty to find a typical Breton souvenir.
- Walk the coastal trail (GR34) around the Cairn du Petit Mont, between historical heritage and maritime landscapes.
- Enjoy a friendly Breton cuisine in one of the restaurants of the port of Crouesty with a view on the boats.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the private place of the studio. Free parking lots are also available nearby.

Regarding other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest station: Auray, 50 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 1h30 drive

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided upon request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only, subject to modification by our partner
- Pets accepted, for an extra charge of €15/stay, one animal (cat or dog). Please specify it at the reservation please
- The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a correct state of cleanliness and clean the household appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested from you
