Beautiful home situated on the Savannah River with breath taking views located in Downtown Augusta GA. This 3 story home has 4 bedrooms all with TVs and it’s own full bathroom. You walk into the a 2 story open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and a ping pong table. The middle level has the kitchen, dining room, den, master bedroom and large back patio overlooking the River. The bottom level has the 4th bedroom, kitchen/bar area and a screened in back porch. The backyard has its own private dock.

This is our 2nd visit to this lovely property! Spacious and clean. We were in town on business and enjoyed the comfort and space this property has to offer. I would suggest the first bedroom located by the front entrance needs to have black out curtains added as it is difficult sleeping at night due to the huge street light that shines so bright that it’s daylight in the room. All the other rooms have these curtains, and it would make a big difference. The neighborhood is quiet and a convenient location with access to downtown and restaurants. We will visit again when we are in town.

What a great property. Multiple activity spaces and big beds! More TV’s than we could watch. Wonderful views and outdoor areas (decks/porches). There to attend a family gathering so did not even get to use all the wonderful amenities. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The home was spacious for our golfing weekend. The kitchen was WELL equipped for the weekend chefs. Communications with the owner was very good and customer service was on POINT!!!

Beautiful unique property, super convenient to downtown, golf and the ball park. Property manager John answered all our questions, and was only a phone call away. A reminder that there are two sets of stairs in the house, with the kitchen being down one level, as the description states. We had a comfortable bedroom on the main level. River view is gorgeous! We will be back.

Luxury on the Water

This is a very lovely home. The views on the river are beautiful. We even saw fireworks. The host was most accommodating and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This house is fantastic. Great location to downtown. Amazing view of the river. The house has everything. We truly enjoyed our time and look forward to next year to repeat the trip. Amazing amazing amazing!!! I would give 100 stars if it was a rating.

Great Location

We were meeting up with my in-laws in Augusta for a 2 night stay. Our group only had 4 guests & 1 Golden Retriever. There are many great things about this home. Bathrooms for every bedroom, king size beds, ping pong table, poker table, TV's in every space, decks, screen porch, small kitchen & laundry. Best of all it is dog friendly. The backyard is fenced & there are gates on the deck. The location is also great with access to the River Trail & close to downtown. The river view is lovely. Jack, our host is very responsive.This is an older home & although it has been updated, it does show its age. There are open stairs & a raised floor in the dining area. If you have mobility issues this home could be difficult to navigate. Overall, it worked great for us & we had a great stay. Will definitely return to this VRBO.

Great location, beautiful views

We were in town for a wedding and the property provided plenty of room for multiple family members to stay and not feel crowded. Loved that each bedroom had lots of space, and its own bathroom. Convenient location and it was very relaxing sitting on the deck enjoying the river view! If you stay there, just watch out for the step up on the way to the kitchen. When we first arrived, I wasn’t paying attention and took a tumble, but we were more careful for the rest of the stay!

The house was great. Exactly as described and depicted in the listing. Great views of the river. Location is easy walking distance to downtown and very convenient to Augusta National for the Masters.

Stay for Masters

A fantastic house in an excellent location. Perfect for 4 guys as each have plenty of personal space yet still a great communal area to hang out. Everything was very clean, and owner was super responsive to all inquiries.

Family birthday.

The house is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Beds were comfortable. My only suggestion to the host is to have a handyman come in and check everything out. There were some loose towel racks and misc things, nothing major. We would rent this property again in the future.

This location did not disappoint! We had a great family Christmas! There are lots of stairs, so be careful if you do not have any! There are 3 levels, all with an amazing view of the river! Plenty of room & space! We will a time in the summer to visit again! Thank you for having us

River View Rendezvous

Pleasant home on the bank of the Savannah River looking across into North Augusta, SC. It was a short walk to downtown and the Broad Street restaurant and bars. This is a great waterfront property complete with a small dock. The property is a three story home that you enter on the top floor. There are bedrooms on all three floors. We had one elderly guest with us so the stairs were a slight issue. Parking in the “driveway” was limited to cars. Trucks/SUVs had to park on the street directly in front.

Location, great host

Great place with stunning river views. We walked downtown for coffee, breakfast, dinner, history museum, river walk. So much history downtown. The queen room has 3 beds. A few things broke and were immediately fixed. I left my laptop and host coordinated with cleaning crew who went out of their way to f return to me.
