Welcome to our one-bedroom, one-bath apartment nestled in a single-family home with two additional vacation rentals. Each unit boasts a private entrance and shares a convenient laundry room.

This beautifully remodeled 1910 home in the University District of Missoula reflects its original charm. The cozy primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and nightstand, with a full bathroom offering a walk-in shower.

Relax in the living room with a flat-screen TV, sofa, and a dedicated workspace. Enjoy gatherings on the front porch.

Please note the shared stackable washer and dryer are located externally. Within two blocks, explore downtown attractions, parks, and local favorites.

Just three blocks from the University of Montana campus and a short walk to Washington Grizzly Stadium. Access the River Trail for biking or walking across the street.

Kindly be aware that the home's age results in uneven floors, potentially challenging for those with mobility impairments. Experience Missoula's charm from this unique and centrally located abode.

Do note if you need a little more space for additional family and friends we also manage units 2 and 3 inside this home.

Seasonal Notice: Box Elder Bugs
During seasonal changes, you may notice small black and red Box Elder Bugs near the entryway. They are harmless, do not bite or cause damage, and are simply seeking warmth. While they do not infest indoors, a few may sneak inside—just sweep them out if needed.

Pest Control: We professionally treat the property four times a year to manage these seasonal visitors.

I really enjoyed my stay here much like last year! It’s a great location and the amenities and spaciousness really lend themselves to being very comfortable. I was able to have guests over to visit a couple of times and proximity to downtown and the University is definitely a plus. I want to add that I appreciate it that you change the requirement to remove the bedding before I left. I know I made a comment about that so to see that you responded and change that really shows that you care about your guests. The space feels very solid and safe and homey, really comfortable and I appreciate the nice decor touches! Well done! Also, thank you for extending my checkout time one hour, my ride to the airport was late, so I appreciated your flexibility. Thanks again! Christina Voso

The location to this rental is ideal if you’re planning to explore and get a feel for the area . It’s close to some of Missoula’s treasured sites and downtown is just a walk away.

Clean home in lively University district

Very nicely remodeled and clean home. Spacious for two people. 5th street is very busy with traffic during the day, but the bedroom is away from the street and traffic becomes quiet at night. Parking was easy, and even during a major concert on campus, only had to park a couple blocks away. Would stay here again!

Great charming home in cute neighborhood

Lovely front unit in historic looking home with tons of charm. Neighborhood was super cute and close walk to great coffee shop - Clyde Coffee. Could have walked downtown but was a bit cold for us (from a warmer climate) to do so. House had every amenity needed and was very comfortable and spacious. Would definite stay here again!

Close to everything

Cozy little house close to everything. The floors are unlevel which added to the charm. The bed was comfortable, the closets huge, parking is on the street but always available. I loved that it was so close to some great coffee shops and bakeries on the hip strip. I enjoyed my stay in this house and would stay here again.

Cute getaway

The owner was exceptional at communicating and was willing to get us in same day as we were in Missoula for a family emergency. The house is very cute and met all of our basic needs!

Conveniently located, nicely appointed with comfortable furnishings and dishware/utensils and appliances. Plenty of supplies for daily living. I really appreciated all the local Montana artwork in the home. This is spacious and accommodating if you have visitors. In walking distance to the University and downtown!

Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It was the best location - we were able to walk to the Pink concert at Wa-Griz and not have to worry or deal with parking and traffic! We were also a short walk to downtown as well. We could not have asked for a cleaner and more comfortable place to stay with great communication throughout. Thanks again and we will definitely be back!
