No service! This apartment is in an excellent location, a 10-minute walk from the Seine, lots of bakeries and restaurants nearby, a 25-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. For four people, it would be fine. (It has no charm at all, just a place to stay). The reason for giving it 1 star is that the description was false, and the managers will not lift a finger to help in any way. First, the checkin instructions stated that there was wi-fi, but it did not work. There were no light-blocking curtains in the living room with the sofa bed, making it quite difficult for the kids to sleep past 6:30 AM or so. There were no hand towels. One pillow was an small, old, stained couch pillow (see attached picture). When I asked the manager about these issues, he simply said, "Sorry; we don't have them." Not one bit of effort or caring. No offer to bring blankets and attach them to the curtain rods, or to bring a real sleeping pillow or hand towels, or address the problems in any way. Most importantly, the Vrbo description was materially false in two ways. It stated at booking that there was air conditioning; there is none. It stated (and states to this day) that there are two bathrooms. There is only one. Fortunately, temperatures were cool enough that air conditioning was not necessary, and we adjusted to the one bathroom. Our stay was degraded a bit but not ruined. You may not be so lucky.
