A day of fun at the beach is only a short stroll away using the traffic light crosswalk. Fill up the wagon with beach toys galore, including Surfboards, Body Boards, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Sandtoys & More!

Your private backyard oaisis is set in a quiet neighborhood that gives you the choice of playing games with the family, relaxing in a hammock, telling stories around the firepit , watching an outdoor movie, grilling a delicious meal & sipping drinks in the shade of the tiki. Oh, don't forget you have your own private free heated large pool too (Dec.15th-April 30th).

Near the property, you can start your morning with a gorgeous sunrise & a stroll on the beach. Then, you can hop on the property bikes & ride into town for a bite to eat or hit one of the boutique shops to find unique treasures. If you’re timing is right, you might feel the sonic boom of one of our many rockets blasting into Space & watch it happen right from the driveway . You can also take the property kayaks and paddleboards to the nearby river and explore the 1000 islands of Cocoa Beach. You can often see birds of all kinds, manatee, & dolphin.

After exploring the town you can head back to your vacation home for a dip in your private pool. You’ve worked up an appetite so it feels great to sit down for a delicious meal, some great conversation & a few rounds of your favorite games. End the night with some quiet music and stories around the fire.

This property was amazing! From the personalized welcome sign and cupcakes to the very well-equipped kitchen to the super fun backyard, everything was wonderful and in great condition. We especially appreciated the amount of beach and outdoor gear that made our beach day really easy. Also, the hosts are very responsive and check-in was really smooth. If we plan another vacation in Cocoa Beach, we would definitely stay here again, and we would recommend this property to anyone.

This place is fabulous! The decor is beautiful and so many fun things available it is incredible. From beach and pool toys to beach chairs, etc. it is great for those traveling that cannot have those things with them. We enjoyed the ocean for 2 days as well as the pool. Love the 2 big floaties (already inflated) for the pool. There was a huge washer and dryer that was great to wash beach towels and swimsuits. The tiki hut was so much fun! We received a warm welcoming with cupcakes and a note. You will love your stay here!

Great place. Heated Pool was a big hit with the kids. Short walk to the beach thru Wilson Park across A1A, but there's a cross walk with a walk button that stops the traffic immediately. We walked or rode bikes there every day. Convenient to groceries, shopping and family activities. The house itself was really nice and well stocked with amenities. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this stay was fantastic—so much more than we expected! The house was spotless. The kitchen was clean and bright and had absolutely everything we needed and a lot more. The rooms all had lovely bedding, the towels were thick and abundant, and the CUPCAKES that greeted us were an amazing touch. The backyard was absolutely full of fun, from mini-golf to the hammocks and firepits to the gorgeous pool. We did leave to go to the beach, and of course, there was a wagon there to carry all the chairs that were also in the shed. Really amazing stay.

BEST vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely everything we needed was there! Toys, kayaks. Surf boards. pools. Strollers, sunscreen! There was even every hygiene item in the bathroom., super cozy beds and linens, every kind of cooking thing you’d need and a massive grills! Heated pool and across the street from the most beautiful natural beach and excellent surf .. oh and BIKES ! RUN to book this awesome place! !! Truly the best

We stayed 5 nights with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren ages 5 and 2 ½ . The home went way above our expectations. Just walking in the first time, you know it’s going to be a great experience with the welcome sign, a fully stocked coffee bar, and cupcakes greeting you. The home has great amenities inside and out. Everything you need for cooking, toys and games for the kids, bathrooms stocked with supplies in case you forgot some. Outside a beautiful pool, Tiki shelter and sitting area, mini-golf, firepit and a shed with all you need for other games, the beach, biking, etc. Wendy and Jim were great hosts quickly answering a few questions we had. Easy to get to the beach just 5 minutes away and easy to cross N. Alantic Ave with a pedestrian crossing area right there. And if there is a launch from Kennedy Space Center while you are there it’s definitely worth viewing from the beach. We had two while we were there. Our family had a wonderful time here and it definitely deserves a 10.0 rating.

This was an amazing getaway for us prior to setting sail for an 8 day cruise. The house was amazing along with the grounds. So much to do right there and never have to leave. The host didn’t miss one single need and even some needs we didn’t know we had like the cupcakes. lol.

My husband Jim and I have been married for 32 years. It's hard to believe but we have two boys who are now both adults. It goes fast so enjoy every second while they're little! We both lived in Michigan all our lives until we finally moved to Florida 11 years ago.
Jim and I have always loved Real Estate and traveling. Finally, we've been able to combine our two passions to provide a beautiful vacation home for lucky travelers. I am also blessed to work as a REALTOR so if you fall so in love you never want to leave I can help you find your special piece of paradise.

We had traveled to Florida from Michigan every year over Christmas. One of our favorite destinations was Cocoa Beach, so we've been looking for the right property to create a vacation rental for almost as long as we lived in Florida. As soon as we walked into the Beach n Tiki we could see the potential for what it would become. From the stellar location, to the soaring ceilings we knew this would make a great beach escape for many lucky vacationers.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The Cocoacabana is located right across the street from the world-famous Lori Wilson Park in Cocoa Beach. You can either walk across the road using the stop-light activating crosswalk, or park for free in the park. There's a trolley stop right at the end of the road so you can hop on the trolley and not have to worry about driving back home. Cocoa Beach has so much to offer including surfing, kite boarding, fishing, a gambling cruise (out of Port Canaveral), the Dinosaur Store & museum, delicious restraunts and more. You can even catch a rocket launch right from our beach. The sunset on the river is great and the ocean sunrise is even better! The backyard is resort-worthy with a large pool, tiki hut, yard games, movie wall and beach equipment.
