Modern & Bright Townhome w/ Open Floor Plan

Relax in style in our newly remodeled house with open concept living space and entertain in a fully equipped kitchen or on the patio with grill. We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Located in a quiet neighborhood and ideal for families, a group of friends as well as business travelers looking for quality and cleanliness. Close to OSU (10 min drive), Samaritan Hospital, Corvallis Clinic, HP, supermarkets and shopping.

Open Floor Concept to Relax or Entertain
The open floor plan creates a great space for family/friends gatherings and the cozy living room is equipped with a 4k smart TV with Roku and Netflix. High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The house has both air-conditioning and heating. Depending on your preference, the heating can be controlled individually in each bedroom.

Bedrooms
The three bedrooms are located upstairs. We use protective covers for mattresses as well as pillows to guarantee best hygiene standards.

Bathrooms
One full bathroom upstairs and one 1/2 bathroom downstairs. Shower gel and shampoo are provided as well as fresh towels. You'll also find a hair dryer and first aid kit.

Kitchen & Dining
The new kitchen with stainless steel appliances is equipped with necessary cooking ware and utensils. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably.

Patio with Grill & Outdoor Dining
Enjoy a nice BBQ or breakfast outdoors on our patio, which comes with gas grill.

Guest Access
You'll be able to enter the property at any time during your stay with a code that will be provided before your arrival. If you have any questions or need anything, you can always contact us.

Other things to note
The place is thoroughly cleaned prior to your stay and fresh linen and towels are provided.
You’ll also find a washer and dryer, iron, fire extinguisher, first aid kid, as well as an assortment of magazines.

Parking
The garage fits one car. Additional parking space for one car is available in front of the house and street parking is also possible for free.

If you love nature, Martin Luther King Park with several hiking trails is a 10-15 minute walk away.

Convenient location

Good location... easy access. Well equipped with necessities. The cleanliness was a problem. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned well in quite awhile. Besides the cobwebs, there were dirty handprints wherever you looked, badly stained upholstery on dining chairs and couch, plus carpet was very much in need of cleaning. We purchased extra cleaning supplies and wiped things down just because we felt like it needed to be done and cleaned dishes and towels before we used them. Unfortunately, the cleanliness issue clouded our whole stay in the unit. The owners were apologetic and we didn't have to pay the $75 cleaning fee (AFTER we asked for it back) but it was an expensive stay. In this case, a motel would have been preferable and cheaper. **I don't like to leave bad reviews but the owners really need to address this issue.

Swim Meet Stay

We stayed here for a swim meet and it was perfect. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable. It was great to have a washer and dryer and a place to park in the garage. We have an electric vehicle we could easily charge. My husband and I run and there were lots of neighborhoods nearby that we explored, we even found some cool trails. We will likely be back for swim meets in the future.

Just as expected

This condo was great for us - we were looking at OSU. Condo is a short drive from campus and very convenient. Lots of space, everything you need. Quiet little neighborhood.

Good.

Overall it was good and clean. Three bedrooms fit our family of 6 very well. As did the large kitchen table. The unplugged fridge in the garage made it challenging to get our SUV in the garage though.

Cute, clean property, centrally located

Very clean and cute; well furnished and comfortable. If you are staying in the summer, note air conditioning is not central. For us, the portable units were quite noisy and due to the need to attach them to the windows around the blinds the sun streamed in quite early where the blinds didn’t keep the sun out at all. So, not the best sleep. But this A/C + sun issue is (fortunately or not) not usual for Corvallis; so, will not be a problem most of the time when renting. Central location does mean some road noise: if you’re sensitive to that sort of thing, bring ear plugs. A lot of care has been put into this rental; it’s super clean with a thoughtful manager. It’s a very cute little townhouse with everything you need. Nice sitting area around TV and kitchen with counter seating is gracious and hospitable. Split A/C downstairs works like a charm and downstairs area was especially comfortable. Overall rental is a good value.

Comfortable spacious and clean

This place was a perfect resting spot for us while visiting family. The kitchen is great to cook in. We were able to stream all of our favorite shows. The beds were firm and comfortable. Easy check in and check out.
