We stayed here as a family during the summer. The apartment was lovely: clean, within an easy walk of the town/train station, spacious and quiet. We certainly appreciated the air conditioning during the heatwave! The apartment was just what we were looking for. Rachida was very helpful, friendly and responsive (thank you Rachida). We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Laval.

We had a lovely stay here (three of us, including a young child). The house is very spacious and had everything we needed (even a washing machine downstairs, although we did have to buy detergent). Everything is very high quality and the beds were all very comfortable. Having air con in all the rooms was a life-saver. We didn't use the outside area, but it was clean and there's a parasol. We enjoyed exploring Laval, which is a short walk away, and we were able to take a boat ride which was a real highlight. There is a sensor or camera in the entrance area of the property, which is in the photos but I hadn't quite clocked it. It would be good to know what this is for and be reassured that it's turned off, for example. But it didn't bother us too much. And like others have said, the parking is extremely tight for a larger car. We would definitely recommend the property, and would come back again. Thank you to Rachida, who was very responsive!

Logement très adapté pour une famille nombreuse. Beaucoup d’espaces pour chacun que ce soit dans les pièces principales que dans les chambres ou les salles de bain. Cuisine très spacieuses et bien équipée. On a apprécié la présence de consommables déjà sur place !

Très bon séjour dans ce logement qui était bien équipé et surtout très bien situé dans le centre de Laval. Les 3 chambres ainsi que la pièce de vie climatisées ont été un vrai atout lors de ce séjour durant la canicule, puisque cette maison est sous les combles. Logement très spacieux et prestations au top! L'hôte est disponible par téléphone et très réactif. Cela a été très appréciable. En revanche, petit bémol sur les fenêtre de toit des chambres de l'étage ainsi que salle de bain et palier sans volet, pour l'obscurité du matin mais aussi pour le soleil qui tape toute la journée.
