You will be just a 10-minute walk from the city center, less than 15 minutes from the Cité de la Voile and the Keroman submarine base, and only 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike from the beaches.

Designed for your comfort, the space includes a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) with hotel-quality sheets for maximum comfort. A small workspace is also available.

The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for one person, a dining area, and a video projector, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, microwave, Krups bean-to-cup coffee machine, utensils, and basic cooking supplies.

The bathroom provides everything you need, including towels and a hairdryer, and the toilet is separate.

You will also enjoy high-speed fiber internet, an iron, and an ironing board.

Free and easy street parking is available at the foot of the building, several bus stops are less than a two-minute walk away, and many shops are located nearby.
