Welcome to Mortagne sur Sèvre, a "small town of character" full of charm!
Freshly renovated, our accommodations are a few minutes walk from the Sèvre and the village.
If you are a fan of walking or hiking, running or trail running, the banks of the Sèvre will delight you!
Nearby, the playground will entertain the youngest, you will also find the municipal swimming pool and a small park with animals.

* On the first floor: living room with kitchen and living room with 140x190cm sofa bed (induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster)
* Upstairs: 1 bedroom (bed 140x190cm) and 1 bathroom with toilet.

On request:
* wooden baby chair (it's vintage but still practical!)
* travel cot: the bed has only the fine foam at the bottom, if you want a mattress, you will have to remember to take it.

* This accommodations are non-smoking.
* Pets are not allowed.

>> there are stairs to access the bedroom and the bathroom/toilet but there are no child safety barriers.

>> your arrivals and departures can be done independently thanks to a key box.

* Bakery and butcher shop can be found in the market town within a 10-minute walk. There is also a bakery 2 minutes walk away but this is closed on weekends.
* A super U is a 5-minute drive away.
