Enjoy ocean views from the balcony, with deeded beach access just across the street. Inside, enjoy modern essentials including central AC, WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The full kitchen comes well-equipped with contemporary appliances, including a dishwasher, for easy meal prep and cleanup. A cozy breakfast nook offers seating for two while full meals can be enjoyed at the four-seater dinette. The primary bedroom offers pool views and slider door access to a shared catwalk/balcony. On-site amenities include adult and children's pool areas, lagoon access, and a grill area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location!

Easy walk to the beach and to food or shopping. Quite complex. We had a good ocean view and once on the beach it wasn’t crowded due to lack of large condo’s near by. Beds were comfortable and having designated parking was a huge plus!

Would stay again.

Location was amazing! The queen sized bed was comfortable, the others could use an upgrade along with the couch. Decor is cute but all the breakables are not suitable for young children. Could also use curtains that block light in the bedroom. All of those things said- we would stay again just my opinions. I will next time bring a louder noise machine or fan to help keep littles sleeping while others are hanging out in the living room and black out curtains to help with the lack of darkness in the bedrooms.

Needs some updates.

The couch was very old and uncomfortable. The bed was also slightly uncomfortable, but not the worst. The main issues were: the sheets. They were put on inside out and there was a bug on them. (Luckily I found a couple of extra top sheets to put on the bed.) The screen door for the balcony was leaning against the railing sideways... which meant someone knew it was off. But no one bothered to fix it. Otherwise it was okay. For a 3 night stay...nothing bad enough to call and complain or leave. Vacasa sent me a text upon check in asking about the cleanliness but didn't bother to address my concerns while there, so I feel like the customer service is lacking a bit. I would choose a unit managed direct by an owner next time.

Cute Unit in an Unsafe Building, Abysmal Communication

We initially booked this property because of its family friendly location and colorful interior. Contactless check-in was convenient. That's as far as our satisfaction went. We alerted customer service to multiple safety and privacy concerns from the moment we arrived. While phone operators assured me each time I called that someone would get back to me, our concerns were never resolved or even acknowledged by local management. I called each day but never heard back - not so much as a return call. Multiple vertical blinds were missing from the sliding door that opened from our bedroom onto the breezeway, letting light stream in at night and leaving the interior of the room completely visible to any passerby. Naturally, our stay was not as relaxing or private as one would hope a vacation to be. We ended up rigging the shower curtain from one of the bathrooms over the blinds to gain a bare minimum of privacy, but the room was still exposed. And then of course, we had no shower curtain in one of the bathrooms and consequently couldn't use it. Outside the unit, the vertical slats on the breezeway railing were spaced unevenly and very far apart - wide apart enough for an adult to fit through, and for a child to easily slip between the slats. Consequently, we were extremely nervous out on the breezeway coming and going from the unit with our young children. I'm not sure what the local building codes are regarding railings, but this place was definitely not safe for children. We had such a frustrating stay that we ended up simply leaving early.

Great place for a family vacation

It was perfect for my family of 4. A view of the gulf from the balcony and an easy walk to the beach. So close you can don't have to pack for the day when you head to the beach, come home grab lunch and head back. AC worked great!

Great location, quite and easy access from busy road … pictures was just as good as the actual rooms !! Me and my family will be back for a weekend get away !
