Prepare home-cooked meals in the full kitchen equipped with updated stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The dining table is perfect for sharing meals and conversation. Coming back from the beach, rinse the sand off with your own outdoor shower and relax on the furnished patio with your favorite cold beverage. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect Little Getaway

This was our very first rental experience and it was great! The house was roomy and comfortable, clean and organized. We were given more than enough towels and “starter” necessities for the week. The neighbors that live around the unit are so nice. The washer and dryer in unit: perf. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

I booked this unit solely off of reviews and pictures..although the pictures are accurate you can't see the carpet in any of them. The carpet need to be replaced asap. It is beyond filthy. This place is very roomy ..The upstairs bathrooms has a very strong smell of mildew but they were super clean. The downstairs area had a few minor issues that I've addressed with Vacasa. There is about a 10 min walk to the beach.

Great location

We came down for some business and a short family trip last minute. We were able to find this place, but it was dirty. The house was no where near clean. Stains in the rugs, stains in the carpets upstairs. The property manger had the ac locked where we couldn’t turn down the temperature until the morning after we arrived, and we had a house that was insanely hot to stay in for several hours. Thankfully we had a Dyson to help keep us cool. Just need better upkeep all the way around.

Panama beach Oasis

Loved our trip to PCB!! This place was perfect!! The only complaint I have is it listed as having 2 1/2 baths but there is only one shower.. Also the AC unit must be set and controlled by someone caused you can get the unit to desired temperature and then overnight it goes up to preset temperature but property was great and would stay again!!

AMAZING

I loved everthing about this home. It was amazing all the way through. I was a little skepitcal at first because it was my first time doing this but when I pulled up at the home. OMG it was so beautiful.I loved the decoarations & the joing bathrooms upstairs. The kitchen was fantastic as well. I didnt think I was gonna use the kitchen but man I was wrong. I would so stay here again!!

Weekend Trip

Perfect for a weekend trip. If you are not staying on the beach this is the next best thing, as you are within walking distance with great access. We were only there for the weekend so we did not use all of the accommodations, however the kitchen seemed to be well stocked. Very comfortable stay, quiet location. Would stay again.

Family Weekend

My family and I stayed here for a weekend. The location was perfect for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. It was so quiet and you would never know that we went during spring break. Absolutely no signs of that in this area! 🙌🏼 The only downsides were that both bedrooms are on the second floor. Typically wouldn’t be a problem for us, but I happen to be on crutches currently. There was a medium sized hole in the wall coming up the stairs. The guest bedroom had trash underneath the bed and their was hair all in the bathtub. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

Great place

The house is exactly what is shown on the website. We really enjoyed staying here. It was very quiet and was able to walk across the road to a beautiful beach. I would stay here again if ever in the area. I brought 3 teenagers with me and they really enjoyed the house.
