Beautiful views of the Gulf from one balcony, gorgeous views of Lake Powell from the other balcony. 24/7 gated community with Security. 2 bedroom 2.5 bath with fully equipped kitchen. Less than 3 miles from Rosemary Beach, Less than 8 from Pier Park. Unit 939 Tower A.
Pinnacle Port is nestled inside Carillon Beach, with fully staffed security 24/7. Guest and owners must display proper tags to enter the community and stay on site.

The unit is just steps away from the pristine beaches of the Gulf.

Publix and Winn Dixie are less than a mile from the entrance of Carillon Beach. During Season the pool has a nice snack bar available for guest, with affordable prices.

Renters must remove all trash from the condo prior to departure
you must display the parking pass in your rearview mirror at all times.
Prior to leaving all trash must be removed and the fridge cleaned out. Any dirty dishes put into dishwasher and started. towels in washing machine.

Perfect

We have had an excellent stay. We rented chairs and an umbrella through the company that works with the condos and got an excellent deal. The location is close to everywhere you wanna be but also somewhat secluded. We highly recommend!

Great Location

The convenient walk to the beach sealed the deal on this condo for us although it did get a little tricky taking down a wagon full. The set up was roomy and the bathrooms are nice and renovated feeling. There were a few minor issues we noticed like the broken blinds in the bunk room (addressed to be fixed this fall), the fan stopped working in there after multiple attempts (acknowledged) and the cable didn’t work either but wasn’t something we really needed. I agree with the last review of some more kitchen chairs for larger groups. I feel like some updated pics of this place would probably seal the deal for others as well. Good family / friendly environment would recommend in the future.

Pinnacle Port

It had a great view and comfortable beds. It sleeps 7+ which is great. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms had been remodeled which was very nice. We have stayed at this complex 3 other times, because we love that it is gated and we love the location. We did have seven guests but there is not enough seating to eat together. Upon arrival we found remnants of nuts on the carpet in the master suite and what looked like a vitamin D or vitamin E pill on the floor by the couch. We got the feeling that it had been awhile since anyone had stayed there….clocks had not been sprung forward, smoke detector was beeping because it needed new batteries and both balconies were disheveled by wind/storms. Carpet was old and stained. The complex- It is older. 4 of the 7 days only 1 elevator, out of 3, in the tower, was operating. One day water was shut off temporarily. Hopefully the complex is working on this. Stephanie N

Family Vacation

This was our first stay at Pinnacle Port. The condo was very clean and pretty. Carrie, the owner, responded quickly anytime I would message her. There is a view of the lake from the balcony off of the living room. The view of the Gulf is from the balcony off of the master bedroom. There are 3 elevators for the building and we never had to wait very long to catch one. The staff of the building were very friendly and I complimented the cleaning staff on how clean they kept it. They clean the main lobby and common areas every morning. The pool was clean and my kids loved it. The sauna room was very nice. They also loved Tammy at the poolside grille. The barbecue pork nachos and cheese fries were delicious! The entire area such as the dock, gazebo, and courts were definitely taken care of and the landscaping was beautiful. Overall, we loved our stay here!

Perfect

There isn’t anything about our stay that I can complain about. The kitchen is very well stocked, there are plenty of nice, big, fluffy towels, the beds and all linens are comfy, and the chairs in the living room are amazing. Loved having the half-bath downstairs as well. I highly recommend this rental without hesitation. It was perfect for me and 3 teenage boys!!!

Awesome stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much at Carrie’s condo. Everything was very clean and had all the kitchen utensils needed for at home dinners. Everything was updated nicely from the furniture in the living room to the mattresses in the bedrooms. My family and I had a stress free & rested stay. All of the mattresses slept very well. We look forward to staying with Carrie again!!! She was so pleasant to work with!

Great location!

We had a great time. The beach is so pretty and I loved that it wasn’t super crowded. The property was very clean. We had everything we needed. Carrie was so easy to communicate with and kept me updated. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful beach vacation.

Pinnacle point is in great location. The views are Gulf Beach and lake Powell. You will have a water view from every window and two balconys. The condo is very nicely decorated and in good condition. Every thing that you will need is provided. The grounds are beautiful. Two pools, snact bar, music and sun deck. It is a gated community with private beach. Lots to do in the area. The owners are very easy to work with. Thank you Carrie.
