The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent in the town of Grosseto-Prugna, 800 m from the beach, with a surface area of 55 m² and capacity for up to 6 guests. It consists of a 20 m² air-conditioned living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
- Bedroom 1: two single beds

On the mezzanine:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: one bunk bed

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- An approximately 8 m² south-facing balcony with furniture and an electric awning to enjoy sunny days.
- A shared 10 x 6 m swimming pool, unheated and open from early May to late September from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The house is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
