Comfortable stay in a remote-feeling village

The accommodation was fantastic, really nicely decorated and appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the washing machine was large and new, and the beds were comfortable. Omessa, however is a very quiet town, perhaps it was the time of year (late May) before the summer tourist season, but there was not even a cafe or bakery open locally, we had to go to Corte or Ponte Leccia to get anything. Overall highly recommended.

Flat in a mountan village with personal flair

The flat is quite large and very well equipped. The furnishimg has a personal flair. Omessa is a good location to go by car to starting points of hiking tours. Furthermore you reach supermarkets, restaurants and a train station not far away.

Lovely accomodation, beautiful and friendly town.

We had a great stay in Omessa. The appartment is lovely, in an old building, right in the middle of the town. Nicely renovated, keeping original features, with a mix of modern conforts. Owners very helpful. The town of Omessa is really special. Small and traditional, the people were very friendly, and our boy (18 months old) had a brilliant time. The location is very central. Corte, a beautiful mountain city is only 15 mins drive, and great beaches start at 40 mins drive (Lozari), and beyond. A perfect place for a holiday away from the mass tourism, but still having the tourist centres in reach.

Tout a été parfait, le village est charmant et très calme et parfaitement placé pour découvrir la Haute Corse. La maison est très agréable à vivre, reste fraîche et a la ne très jolie vue sur les montagnes.

Grand appartement de charme

Duplex très spacieux, en tout point conforme aux photos et au descriptif de l'annonce. Deux grandes chambres climatisées à l'étage supérieur, une belle pièce à vivre et une cuisine plutôt bien équipée à l'étage inférieur. Situé au centre du petit village d'Omessa, un peu bruyant en début de nuit l'été (nombreux enfants qui jouent dehors) mais idéal pour la découverte de l'intérieur de la Corse. Bref, un bel appartement de charme pour des vacances très agréables.

Un très bel appart dans un village fort sympathique près de Corte

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Omessa. L’appart était parfait, grand, sur 2 étages, plusieurs fenêtres, la cuisine très pratique. Les gens du village sont très sympathiques. Nous avons pu assister à un spectacle de musique au bar de la place publique. À 12-15 minutes de Corte, nous vous le recommandons.

Wir haben unsere Reise, auf die wir uns so gefreut hatten, nicht angetreten. Am Vorabend unserer Abreise wurde Korsika zum Risikogebiet durch das RKI und Auswärtige Amt erklärt. Mit den verbundenen Auflagen und Risiken haben wir so entscheiden müssen. Jetzt bleibt die Hoffnung auf das nächste Jahr, schauen wir mal.

Pour nous c’etait le choix parfait!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette maison située au cœur d’un village vivant et si authentique. Entourée des montagnes merveilleuses, près de Corte, c’etait pour nous, randonneurs, l’emplacement idéal. Très bien équipée, propre et confortable, la maison est pleine de charme. Nous avons aussi apprécié d’etre au plus près des habitants de Omessa qui nous ont tous accueilli avec bienveillance et générosité. Nous allons certainement revenir pour des prochaines vacances!

Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend . Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich und schönes Ambiente Allumfassende Versorgung ist in 10 min Fahrt in Corte oder in Ponte Lrccia vorhanden. Standort gut für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Omessa ist wunderschön gelegen, ruhig und nicht touristisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A recommander aux amoureux des villages authentiques

Appartement très agréable, spacieux et propre dans une charmante maison haute traditionnelle au centre d’un très joli village perché aux ruelles communiquant par des passages voûtés. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et attentifs. Ils nous ont indiqué les sites à visiter ainsi que les animations du village comme le trail suivi d’un repas auxquels nous avons participé . Nous avons été très touchés par la gentillesse des habitants d’Omessa. Appartement à recommander pour son intérieur, sa situation géographique, la chaleur des propriétaires et l’accueil des habitants. Un véritable coup de cœur.

appartement charmant et bien équuipé (machine a laver) en plein centre de la corse, permettant de visiter de nombreux et divers sites. véhicule indispensable disposition de l'appartement non optimale ( besoin de traverser la chambre pour aller de la cuisine au sejour)

spezieller Charme

Wir haben uns in der geschmackvoll schön renovierten Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und das Dorfgeschehen hautnah miterlebt und gehört...da war mächtig was geboten, Chansonabend, Grand Bal, Mariahimmelfahrt-Prozession und Polyphonie Konzert in der Kirche, das gabs nur mitmachen oder Oropax. Zu verbessern wäre der Spiegel und dessen Beleuchtung im Bad, das konnte man sich nur in der Hocke sehen. Die Lage von Omessa ist für viele Unternehmungen perfekt, wir kommen wieder.
