Enjoy easy tropical living in this one-bedroom ground-floor condo located in the quiet and green Oasis residence in Punta Popy, Las Terrenas—just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, cafés and shops.

The well decorated apartment features a private terrace with garden and pool views, perfect for outdoor meals, relaxing or working remotely. The renovated kitchen and bathroom offer modern comfort, shower is always hot and with high pressure, perfect after a long day at the beach and the kitchen is well equipped for short or long stays.

The bedroom includes a double bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan. A convertible sofa/bench in the living area allows accommodation for a third guest.

With high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi, this condo is ideal for digital nomads and remote workers, while its calm, secure environment makes it a favorite for Canadian snowbirds spending the winter in the Caribbean.
Electricity is included, however, it is asked to use it responsively (close the light, fan and a/c when not in the room)

Great experience en las Terrenas!

Location and manager are lovely, I’ve been by myself, I felt really safe and welcome! Quite and really nice spot and you can reach easily all the nicest beaches on walking distance (if you like walking) . Muchas Gracias Ulysse and Jordi!

Excellent stay

Renting Ulysses gem at the Oasis, was a great decision. Ulysses and Yordie are perfect host. Commutation was extremely fast and questions we had was answered and dealt with immediately. If you want a great private, quiet, and truly a peaceful vacation. This is the place to rent. Ulysses was a true professional and helpful. Thank you for everything you did to make our stay perfect. This is a diamond.

Magnifique complexe, très calme dans un jardins luxuriant. Propriété propre et equipé. A 5 min de la plage a pied. Beau séjour j’y retournerais.

Hi, I’m Ulysse. I grew up in Brittany, France, and I’ve been living in the Dominican Republic since 2016. I work in tourism and real estate, and Las Terrenas has been home for several years now—initially for work, and very quickly by choice.

I love this region for its balance: nature, beaches, good food, international vibes and a relaxed lifestyle that still works for long stays and remote work. I enjoy hosting because I genuinely like helping people feel comfortable, settled and connected to the place they’re staying in—whether you’re here for a short escape or a longer winter stay.

I travel regularly for work, but I’m always available and responsive, and I’m happy to share local tips, good restaurants, beaches, activities or practical advice to make your stay smooth and enjoyable.

I knew Las Terrenas since 2017 when I was working around Punta Cana. Then, during the lockdown in 2021, I moved in Las Terrenas during almost a year. This was when i decided 2 buy this appartement in this beautiful résidence, because i absolutely love the life style in Las Terrenas which is so fun nice and layback!

I choose this neighborhood because it perfectly represents the Las Terrenas lifestyle: relaxed, tropical and easy. Located in the Punta Popy area, it’s a quiet and green residential zone, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, cafés and shops—no car needed.

Because i am a traveler as well, i decided to make this place simple clean and chill ideal area for couples, solo travelers, digital nomads and long-stay guests looking for comfort, simplicity and Caribbean living.

This is one of those places where days flow naturally between the beach, good food and total relaxation!

What makes this property truly special is the lush tropical garden of the residence. Surrounded by coconut palms, palm trees and a stunning flamboyant tree, the setting feels like a small oasis, with a beautiful pool just steps from the apartment—literally a few steps from the front door. Also a lot of different bird lives there that you can listen daily.

The location is another major highlight. You’re only a 5-minute walk to Playa Popy, one of the most popular beaches in Las Terrenas, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, cafés and useful shops. Everything you need is close by, so you can enjoy Las Terrenas without a car.

It’s the perfect mix of tropical nature, pool, walkable beach access and central location—a rare combination that makes stays here easy, relaxing and memorable!
