The heart of this lake house is relaxing and entertaining on the large deck from which the views are magnificent, sunrises in the morning and stargazing at night! From the deck you enter the main floor with kitchen, dining, living, and master bedroom. More fun can be had downstairs playing ping pong and board games in the recreation room. Relax in the large garden tub at the end of your day. We are one block from the lake, 5 minute walk to boat ramp, and 10 minutes to the river and river outfitters or Marina for boat and jet ski rentals. We have a kayak, paddle board, river floating tubes, and bicycles for your outdoor adventures. We are a short drive to Gruene and New Braunfels for fabulous restaurants, shopping, and live music. Close to over 20 wineries, distilleries and awesome food.

Great view

Enjoyed staying here the house was comfy and clean. The location was away from everything but the great views and neighborhood and scenic drive was nice. So that makes up for it. The yard and yard furniture could use some tlc for the price. But overall great place! Loved sitting on balcony upstairs and enjoyed view nice porch upstairs.

Having Fun Together

We used the game room a lot, it was really nice to have an indoor place to play, it is not as big as it looks in the pictures however it works.

Family lake time

The house was excellent, had a little issue with the A/C. It a Programing issue, and they worked with me to fix it right away. Had a issue with the Wi-Fi, they worked with me to fix that as well, it still had issues, but I wasn’t there for the Wi-Fi, it was 2 minutes from the boat ramp!! All in all it was awesome and they were professional.

We had a great time

The house was perfect for our group. The kids and adults loved the game room. The deer come right up to you. Our first day one came right up to my daughter and started licking her hand. Had a nice sized fenced in yard for the dog to run around but beware because the deer will jump the fence and hang out in the yard too. The porch is huge and very comfortable with nice views. There are a couple of kayaks there but no paddles. All in all we had a great time at this vacation home.

We have a kayak, paddle board, river floating tubes, and bicycles for your outdoor adventures. Beautiful lake view. Outdoor toys to use. Lots of extras. Simply peaceful.
