The apartment is laid out as follows

- Bright living area, designed to maximise space, featuring a double bed (160x200 cm) convertible into a sofa. Blackout blinds provided.
From the large windows, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains.
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, Miele dishwasher, Krups coffee machine (ground coffee), toaster, washing machine and dryer.
- Outdoor cooking area with plancha grill and worktop, perfect for open-air dining.
- Cabin bedroom with bunk beds (80x200 cm each).
- Bathroom with glass shower screen, large washbasin, and WC.

- Spacious 30 m² terrace with a unique panoramic view of the lake, dining table for 4–6 guests, and a relaxation area.
- A unique detail: you will be staying in the home of a renowned Parisian artisan baker, who leaves professional utensils at your disposal – the perfect opportunity to enjoy local flavours while admiring the panoramic views.

Transport :

- Regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15 from Annecy provide easy access to the town centre (approx. 20 minutes) and neighbouring beaches (5–20 minutes). Nearest stop: Daviet.
- Geneva International Airport is around 45 minutes by car. Bus connections and private shuttles also link Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend taxis or private transfers.
- Private parking space available in front of the residence.
