13 min drive from down town Cleveland tn ,5 min from Parksville lake , minutes away from Outland Expeditions Ocoee River Rafting and any other rafting adventures, in just a short drive you’re experiencing Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests mountains ,You can bring your own kayak or we can arange few , so you can experience Ocoee river rush ,or hike beautiful trails in Cheroke National Forest,all this in a 5-20 min of driving distance!, Chattanooga downtown about 45 minutes away if you like to explore Rock city or famous Ruby Falls

Theres a couple of roosters right next door that will wake you up at 6am. We had a nice time but the code in your email was wrong to get into the lockbox so had to wait for response to get in.

Great rafting lodging

An awesome place to stay. Very near all rafting venues and other activities. Peaceful, quiet and well maintained. Excellent place! To stay while rafting.

Family visit

Perfect location for us. However, if you are a light sleeper, then this property is not for you. It is a noisy area. (No fault of the owner)

Amazing property near all the outdoor fun!

Visiting from Texas we were looking for a property near my father-in-law’s house in Benton Tennessee as well as outdoor activities and excursions. The house is impeccable, clean and the owners thought of everything from the coffee maker to the small packages of detergent and dryer towels to wash your clothes. The house is located near a fantastic outfitter called cascade outdoors, highly recommend, for rafting down the river. If you’re looking to enjoy the outdoors and a comfortable stay, this home is for you! Thank you to our host Teo for accommodating us and answering all of our questions. We look forward to our next stay!

Perfect Wedding Florist House

Our daughter’s wedding was at Ocoee Crest in Benton. The florist was flying in from Austin and his team was traveling from Illinois and South Carolina. He needed a clean open space to collect the fresh flower delivery and house the flowers while he created arrangements. It needed to be close and easy to get to the venue. It was all those things and all 4 people had room and comfortable accommodations while staying there! They said check in was a breeze. Extremely clean. And this is the most important part… the air conditioning worked amazingly. I’m so thankful to have found this house to host them and I will absolutely try to stay here myself next time we visit the area.

Cute house, questionable location

The house was perfect! It was three bedrooms and two full baths. It was very clean and well organized. Lots of windows and perfectly working heat in the air. Unfortunately, it was raining when we arrived and he documented time for check-in was an hour earlier than what the property manager Told us when we arrived. The key box code was not given to us until I called the property manager and it should’ve been given to us at least an hour prior. There was a nice fire pit fully stocked with wood, but the Jacuzzi is underneath the porch and there were wasps. Friday afternoon when we arrive the neighbor was using a chainsaw for several hours and on Sunday morning neighbors mows grass very early. if we could pick the house up and put it in a more room, remote location, that would’ve been the perfect getaway
