The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 20 m² apartment with a swimming pool for rent in Le Plan-de-la-Tour, in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, which can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it consists of a 15 m² living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area at the entrance (suitable for children) and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An equipped kitchenette with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- A sleeping area at the entrance with a bunk bed (sleeps two, suitable for children)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron

Outside:
- A 20 x 10 m swimming pool, shared with the residence (unheated). The area is open from 1 June to 1 October. A security badge is provided to open the swimming pool gate

The apartment is ideally located in the Les Mas de Saint Lazare residence (secure and closed by an electric gate). You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Sainte-Maxime beaches 9 kilometres from the flat
- Walk along the Gorgues trail
- Discover the Prat Bourdin menhirs
- The ‘Les Hameaux’ hike
- Visit the village of Le Plan-de-la-Tour via the ‘discovery circuit’

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
