The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 42 m² flat for rent in Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, within walking distance of the ski resort and able to accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, an equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath).
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with one double bed (140×190)
- One sleeping area with one bunk bed (sleeps two)
- One bathroom with bathtub
- One separate toilet
- A ski locker in the hallway
Outside:
- A 3 m² east-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (2 vehicles).
