Enjoy a wonderful stay in this recently updated home in Encino.
This is a cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with 3 queen beds, 1 futon, and a spacious, grassy yard. Conveniently located at the 101 and 405 freeway intersection.
If you are looking for a great house to enjoy for a few days, weeks or a month in the Los Angeles area, look no further.
The house includes the following updated appliances: dishwasher, double oven, stovetop, washer & dryer. Wi-fi access, smart TV, A/C, and heat are all included.
You will find everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including soaps, shampoo, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, and more.
Conveniently located near the following tourist attractions:
A 15-minute drive to Universal Studios, 15 minutes to Hollywood, 25 minutes to Downtown LA, 25 minutes to Malibu, and 1 hour to Disneyland. (These approximations do not take rush-hour traffic into consideration.)
The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and the home includes private parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway.
