Living room with double bed in 180 cm and equipped kitchen corner: Nespresso coffee maker. Bathroom. Wc separated. Terrace of 13 m2. Swimming pool and jacuzzi view with sea in the distance. Residence with swimming pool and jacuzzi (open 01/05 - close 30/09). Only for couples. Possible rental garage 25 euros/night.Tourist tax to be paid on site 2.30 euros/day/adult person. File fee: 29 euros (except Poplidays customers). Made-up beds and toilet towels providedDeparture household included.Arrival from 5pm to 7pm, you have 24 hours to report any malfunction. Departure before 11:00. From 3 nights onwards, please let us know your RC certificate or the insurance costs 24 euros (except for Pontlidays customers).
