Backyard Heated Pool, Hot Tub and Waterfall

Located in a prime north Dallas neighborhood close to shopping and endless restaurants, this house boasts plenty of living space and pool/hot tub for a family vacation or memorable friends getaway. Backyard is great for grilling, swimming and endless fun with an outdoor bathroom for convenience. The additional game room inside is perfect for movie night or playing board games. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. Wifi is included. House is located on a cul-de-sac with no thru traffic.

To heat the pool, an additional $85/night is required for the full duration of stay. Partial heating is not allowed. This will be a separate charge. It requires a 24hr notice for it to heat properly.

Beautiful home with great family pool

Homeowner of this property did a great job, and my wife and 2 older kids very much enjoyed our stay. Just barely north of downtown right off a major Dallas road makes getting around the city very easy. Thank you much for allowing us to use your VRBO home.

GREAT LOCATION

This home is ideal for anyone staying in the Dallas area. It's close to everything. The home is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Plenty of room, great pool and well stocked kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Experience

This property and its hosts were incredible! The hosts were very responsive to messages ahead of our visit and helpful when my email spam folder ate the email with instructions on getting in. The house is comfortable and we’ll equipped. The pool and hot tub were in perfect working order and really added to our experience. We visit Dallas often and will certainly look at booking this house in the future rather than a hotel. Highly recommend!

Great house and location

The house was perfect for our family, especially since we were visiting for 6 weeks. The customer service and accommodations were 5 star. Loved that all the essentials were provided and the pool with the waterfall just made each day fun and easy, especially with the heat. Would definitely book again in the future!

Great place to stay.

We were very happy with both the location and the accommodations. There are several great restaurants nearby which is a definite plus. The host is responsive and helpful. It was comfortable and had so much space. We would stay here again if we ever need to be in the area again. We loved our visit to Dallas. This is a great family rental.
