This corner unit boasts huge 1145 sf fits 8 comfortably inviting guests to bask in sunny wide views and glorious sunsets from either of 2 unobstructed balconies: oversized dining lanai or the secluded lounge lanai.
As soon as you enter, you will be welcomed by wall of windows shedding light into the great room of panoramic views! Surrounded with lush tropical landscaping, the condo is centrally located in the heart of Kihei. Hale Aloha Kakou is 1 min stroll across the street to Kamaole I Beach Park as well as within walking distance to many activities, shops and restaurants.
[NOTE: The condo is NOT wheelchair accessible and access may be difficult for anyone with mobility limitations. See below for more details.]

► The condo enforces QUIET hours between 10 PM and 8 AM, which makes for very peaceful evenings - a good thing, since there are so many available daytime activities, you'll want to be well-rested!
► BEACH TOWELS provided. Additionally, bath towels (1 per guest) are provided as well as kitchen towel and hand towels.
► The building is NOT ADA compliant nor wheelchair accessible. There are plenty of stairs so pack light. There is an elevator to the fourth floor, but you also must climb a flight of 9 steps to get to the elevator on the first floor (from the lower parking lot), plus 3 sets of 6 steps (a total of 27 steps, divided over 4 stairways) to get to our front door, because of the unique way the complex is terraced up a hillside. Once inside our condo, the only stairs are from the great room to the loft. Our condo is the furthest one from the elevator for the A/B buildings, which is good for privacy, but please keep this in mind if you have any accessibility concerns.
