Part of a larger home, rental has it's own private entry, and allowed access to private pool and large patio. 50 yards /few steps to a private beach. Close to all the amenities S. Hutchinson Island can offer. Marina, fishing, golf, dog beach, bike path, one of the best areas of the island. Lots of restaurants and amenities.

Host was very accommodating but not intrusive, personal touch. Very comfortable though simple. In a quiet neighborhood, proximity to the beach and plenty of places to walk but close enough to restaurants as needed.We like to cook for ourselves and kitchen was well equiped. Yes, we prefer this end of thecisland to the condos. The plaza at Ft. Pierce near the library (withnmarina and restaurant) is a gem. We would do a repeat.

The space was great and as expected. The bathroom shares a wall (with a locked door) with the owner’s living space. There was a very strong smell of animal urine/ feces that was come through the door. The standing shower drained incredibly slowly - showers had to be very quick and we were left in a good amount of standing water each time. The pool was a great amenity, however expect to hear the owner’s dogs barking at you the entire time you are out there.

Outstanding

The guesthouse was close to everything yet very peaceful. Close beach access and close dining. The property was clean and the owner was great to deal with. Would definitely reccomend.

Beach time

I stayed here while on work assignment and everything was great. It was nice to be able to come and relax and be able to walk over to the beach. Nevine is a great host I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again !!! thanks BMH

Beach Vacation!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nevine’s place. The place had everything we needed. The location was great~ just steps to the beach. The place was tidy and the host was very welcoming.We had an excellent week there and look forward to returning. Fort Pierce is such a nice place and the beach and water is so pretty. I recommend going to the Bathtub Reef snorkeling also- it’s about 20 min from Nevine’s place. Overall a great vacation!!!

Wonderful Getaway

We stayed for 2 weeks. The property is beautiful, we had the private backyard pool all to ourselves. The beach is a 3 min. walk, beach chairs and towels are provided. The beach house is immaculate and well stocked with everything you need to call home. The owner is amazing and kind...if you need anything, she is quick to respond. We would be very happy to stay again. Highly recommend.

Stay for vacation or business

The property has everything you need to stay for a short or longer trip. It is very clean. It is a few minutes walk to the beach but is also less than a 20 minute drive to Fort Pierce business district. The neighborhood is quiet. I did not use the pool but had full access available. The owner is attentive and thoughtful. There is plenty to do in the area or within driving distance. If I return to the area, I would stay here again.
