You'll be staying in Passa, a typical village nestled in the heart of the Aspres region, where history is etched in every stone. Strolling through the ancient streets, you'll discover the medieval gate, the fountain, and the iron cross, all testaments to the village's authentic character. The Church of Saint Peter is well worth a visit, as is the Monastir del Camp, a remarkable Romanesque complex located just a few minutes away. For a more lively outing, you can easily reach Thuir and its famous Byrrh cellars, or Céret, renowned for its art galleries and ice cream parlors that tempt you with their delicious treats. Around Passa, the vineyards offer beautiful walks accessible to all. The gîte is located on the first floor of a fully renovated manor house with views of the vineyards and the Albères mountains. Access is via an external staircase of 35 steps from the private garden. The living area combines a lounge, a dining room, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen including a 3-burner induction hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, and Tassimo coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, and a separate toilet completes the space. The two bedrooms are furnished as follows: • Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190 cm) • Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x190 cm) Outside, you can enjoy a shared, enclosed garden and a shared summer kitchen with a second gîte located on the ground floor. The shared 8x4 m swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 1.20 m to 1.80 m, is open from May to mid-October and is perfect for cooling off after exploring the surrounding villages. The peaceful setting is a real asset for those seeking a relaxing stay in a typical Pyrénées-Orientales location. Private parking is available. You will be staying in Passa, this pleasant and peaceful wine-growing village, which is the ideal starting point for exploring the Pyrénées-Orientales between the Mediterranean Sea and the Canigou massif
