The Space:

La Centrale of the Island of Ré offers you this charming house typically from Ré, recently renovated with taste. Located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in the heart of a peaceful and flowery lane, it benefits from an authentic environment and an enchanting setting.



Just a stone's throw from shops, restaurants and cycle paths, this house will offer you all the comfort necessary for a peaceful stay on the island. Each room has beautiful volumes, creating a friendly and warm atmosphere, ideal for holidays with family or friends.



In the inner courtyard, there is also an old wine cellar that has been converted into a relaxation area, perfect for spending time with family, reading, resting, or simply admiring the sun's rays reflecting off the walls.

Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! The island offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays, with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Everything can be done by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island that is 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities, gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to help you enjoy a quality stay in our home.



Upon your arrival, we will provide you, in addition to our welcome kit, a welcome guide with tips and our advice for discovering the Island of Ré under the best conditions!



The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental, outside the summer period.



INCLUDED SERVICES :

The end-of-stay cleaning is included.

The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).

The key handover and on-site house presentation are included.



The tourist tax is not included.



The security deposit of an amount of £500 is mandatory before entering the premises (by pre-authorisation of bank card or bank transfer).
